On Saturday the 24th, Mori Sake Brewery, which brews Hiran, opened their brewery!
We also stopped by Fukuda Sake Brewery on our way to the brewery, so this is the second week in a row that we've visited there 🤣.
It was raining heavily on the way there, but by the time we got there, it had started to drizzle. ☔️
The limited edition sake was sold out by mid-afternoon due to the large crowd!
I was able to buy the limited edition sake, so I'll open the bottle later!
I also bought a bottle of Aoten, which I liked last year, so I opened a bottle of that one!
Cold sake!
Gorgeous aroma like green apple!
Slightly milky aroma.
Smooth mouthfeel and fresh acidity.
But compared to last year's sake, it has more of a "sake yeast yeast" feel to it. I wonder if it has increased.
I wonder if the volume increases as you drink more.
I have the impression that it was more refreshing than last year.
