Tasted and sold at a department store. Long time no see Tamanomitsu! When I was in Osaka, I used to see it all the time, but it's hard to find in Fukuoka😅. I chose TAMA, which I tasted at Asano Sake Shop in Kyoto before and liked it! Cold sake Gorgeous aroma of red wine and some oak aroma. Smooth on the palate Impressive aftertaste of sweetness on the tongue. There is a lingering aftertaste.

Tokyo Souvenir Sake No.5 I actually bought 6 bottles but this is the last one 🍶. The Kidoizumi Afs I bought at Ikebuya is going to be sold out, so I'm keeping it as a collection 😁. Matsu Midori, which was in the Sake Shop of the Year 2024. I bought it at Isetan in Shinjuku. Cold sake Mild aroma Gaseous when opened. The taste is calm and easy to drink. It has a gentle yet strong image without the boldness characteristic of the original sake.

Yesterday was the brewery opening of Nakano Sake Brewery in Oita where Chiebijin is brewed🌸. I heard that the dress code was pink, so I put on a pink bandana (actually, it didn't have to be a pink one?). There was also limited sake on sale, but I drank a lot at the venue, so I decided to pass on it this time. On the way back to Yufuin, I bought some Oita sake at Kinrindo, a sake shop in Yufuin. It was a liquor store with a footbath: ♨️ Cold sake Floral aroma Slightly floral aroma, but with a gentle umami and sweetness. Good sharpness Slightly astringent aftertaste

Purchased at the Manrei warehouse opening last Thursday. We all bought sake and drank it outside 🍶. It was sunny and quite warm & we got drunk a lot with all the high strength sake 🤢. Cold sake Slightly nutty and coffee-like aroma. Bitter and matured taste hidden in the beginning of the drink. The tension and backbone of the original sake are strong.

Tokyo Souvenir Sake No. 3 Purchased at a liquor store in Koenji This is my first brand. Cold sake Nutty aroma. The strength of the sake comes through from the mid-palate to the aftertaste. Bitter chocolate astringency in the aftertaste.

On the 20th, Komatsu Sake Brewery in Saga, where Manrei is brewed, held a warehouse opening ceremony 🍶. It had been raining until the day before, but we are glad that the weather cleared up. ☀️ It was a warm day with a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius! This is the limited unfiltered unpasteurized sake version of the all-year-round super-harsh sake! Cold sake. The aroma is subdued. It has a smooth mouthfeel and a gentle flavor. The aftertaste is crisp and clean. The alcohol content is high, so the alcohol comes afterwards.

Tokyo Souvenir Sake #2 Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop, which I had been wanting to visit! This is the first brand of Edo Kaijo, which I have been interested in for a long time! It was served cold. Tokyo Souvenir Sake (1) On the 14th and 15th of this month, I went to Tokyo to visit a liquor store and bought 6 bottles of sake! The first one is Yui Sake Shop, near Asakusa, which is headed by a former idol! She is a female ramen store owner, and in many ways, she has become a bit of an internet sensation 🤔. I chose Houou Mita, which I haven't had in a while, and it was my first time drinking at home! Cold sake Muscat-like aroma Juicy freshness Complex and broad flavor characteristic of blends. Easy to drink, but be careful not to get drunk because of the high alcohol content. ⚠️

Ito Anzouri, which I used to visit often, has relocated and reopened as Kamosu Sake Shop🤩. They will be adding new items to their lineup from now on 😊. Chose Gassan after a long time! Cold sake Aroma with a hint of acidity. Soft water makes it fresh, but it has a light aftertaste and disappears without a trace. The volume is not too much. Easy to drink with low alcohol content.

Purchased on a trip to Imari last week. It was my first time to drink Ni-Rabbit, which is not so common in Kyushu. Cold sake Mellow melon-like aroma. The mouthfeel is gaseous and fresh. The clear, yet gradually spreading umami flavor. The aftertaste is crisp and clean.

First time to drink at home Yamama, which I liked when I drank outside before I saw Urayama and bought it. Cold sake. Mild aroma Slightly juicy. Sweet, but the aftertaste disappears quickly. Is it lighter than the one we drank outside? After a day of drinking, it became wider and more to my liking.

The day before yesterday, I went on a trip to Imari. After visiting Imari village, we had time to go to Imari Sake Brewery. I bought a bottle of Ko-Imari Sumiyama, which is only available in Imari City. It's chilled. Moderate aroma Slightly pale yellow color The sweet taste lingers on the tongue Not heavy, but has a good volume. Seems to be good when heated.

Chokaizan, which I see frequently. I bought it last month because it was my favorite flavor during a tasting sale. Cold sake Fresh and floral aroma with a hint of acidity. I've had junmai ginjo before, but this is my first time drinking seasonal Akaban Omachi. They say there are fewer bottles this year than usual. Cold sake Juicy aroma of white peaches! It has a good range of umami from Omachi and a freshness from the unpasteurized sake. It is not very lively and has a rather reserved and gentle umami impression. There is a clean aftertaste.

Bought it because it was on sale as a set with Hana-no-Kaori collaboration sake at a sake brewery opening. Tanaka has been drinking at home for a long time, here is a re-review!
