Drove to Akirika Sake Brewery on my day off last week 🚗.
First time in Nose town, very peaceful 🚗 ☺️
On the way back, we went to Mt. Myoken💨The fallen leaves were so beautiful!
At room temperature
Freshly cooked rice, aroma of apricot bean curd
It is rather soft in the mouth.
Akirika's unique acidity is light... although it is high at 2.1 compared to the average acidity of 1.3-1.5 for sake as a whole 😅.
Impressive aftertaste with a sharpness and alcoholic strength due to the original sake
