Time Difference Posting
Off-line meeting of Fukuoka branch of Sake no Wa and Fukuoka expedition group on the 13th last month.
The Fukuoka group consisted of myself, Gura, MAJ, Rika, my subordinate, and my subordinate's husband.
The visiting group was kino.san, Choroki-san, Nocchi-san, Rigel-san, and Menzake-oh-san.
The sake talk made the sake cups go down in a flash 🤣At the second half of the party, a person at a nearby table was Miss SAKE, which made the conversation even more lively 😆We hope to see you all again in Omachi, Raifuku group!
Since the Raifuku group is bringing sake that you don't see very often in Fukuoka, I brought my own sake 🍶.
It's a limited edition sake from Hiran, a brewery we visited before!
Cold sake
Slightly calm aroma
Slightly gassy with a hint of sweetness.
Some people may think of Hiran as a rich sweet sake, but this one has a calm and classical impression.
It's soft and not flashy, but it has a clear outline.
I think "hy" means "Hiran East", but what is "2"?
