I am in Fukuoka on a business trip.

The drinking party with my colleagues who are boarding earlier starts at 7:30 p.m. (they are working), and I am free until then. Coincidentally, my friend was in Fukuoka on a business trip and told me about this restaurant. When I told him I was going, he seemed to leave quickly (lol). We met in Niigata last weekend, too.
I was suddenly given 10 Hanafuda 🎴 cards. I put them to good use and ask for sake and snacks. First, a high-class drink comparison. You don't know what kind of sake it is until it comes out, but the sansho comes out and you are like "Kyaa 😍". It is sweet and delicious. I want to buy a bottle one day and drink it with gusto.
But the one I'm posting is Yuharu from Azuma Tsuru. It's the one you can see the bubbles 🫧 in the glass (top right). Very fruity, sweet and slightly carbonated. I turned the bottle over and was surprised to see that Aizan ❤️ can be brewed so lightly 🫢 Even Junmai Daiginjo Aizan can have a bitter taste, but this one does not. I guess that would be an expression that doesn't capture the character of Aizan. Anyway, it was very delicious💕.

Among the limited collaboration sake of Yuma, Toichi, Hana-no-Dew, Mitsui no Kotobuki, and Garden no Uguisu, I personally think this is my favorite flavor!
