Basically, Junmai-shu Aso Yamadanishiki is sold only at events.
According to what I've heard, it's scheduled to be sold out and only 700 bottles will be made 😭.

In the mouth, it has Wakanami's characteristic sourness and sweetness.
It is light and easy to drink with an alcohol content of 13 degrees.
It has a clear, light flavor and has no Junmai-shu-like quality.
As the day goes by, the acidity increases a little and the width of the taste becomes wider.

This is a robust sake with a strong flavor!
This one would be great warmed up.
We had a dish called "Uruka" (salted sweetfish entrails) as a snack. The bitterness of the entrails and the umami of this sake go together very well 😍.

The third one is Takaraiya V.
It is a robust but light sake (Sorry, it's hard to tell. 🙇♂).
It has a strong umami flavor, but the spiciness finishes it off nicely.

This one is sweeter than the Tanaka, but still refreshing!

I am in Fukuoka on a business trip.

I was suddenly given 10 Hanafuda 🎴 cards. I put them to good use and ask for sake and snacks. First, a high-class drink comparison. You don't know what kind of sake it is until it comes out, but the sansho comes out and you are like "Kyaa 😍". It is sweet and delicious. I want to buy a bottle one day and drink it with gusto.
But the one I'm posting is Yuharu from Azuma Tsuru. It's the one you can see the bubbles 🫧 in the glass (top right). Very fruity, sweet and slightly carbonated. I turned the bottle over and was surprised to see that Aizan ❤️ can be brewed so lightly 🫢 Even Junmai Daiginjo Aizan can have a bitter taste, but this one does not. I guess that would be an expression that doesn't capture the character of Aizan. Anyway, it was very delicious💕.
