Purchased at an antenna store in Tohoku
They were having a tasting event, so I bought a jacket 🐸.
I also got a hand towel at the rattle 🍶.
Cold sake
Moderately sweet aroma
Clear mouthfeel with no cloying taste even though it is made from edible rice.
There is a strong umami flavor.
Aftertaste is normal
As in my previous post, I purchased this at an Akita local sake fair at an antenna store in the northern Tohoku region.
I sometimes see A-Sakura, but this label is new to me. Is it very rare?
At room temperature.
Slightly flowery aroma.
It has the characteristic medium mouthfeel of Akita sake, but with a strong rice flavor. The acidity and sweetness coming from the aftertaste are also characteristic. The aftertaste is quite long.
Suitable for intermediate-level sake drinkers.

This is a Fukkomachi, which is not often seen in Kansai, and my first kijo sake. It is extremely rare.
Cold sake.
Sweet aroma like banana.
The taste is full of sweetness. However, it also has a strong rice flavor. It is as full as if you had a chocolate tart.
The aftertaste is rather long.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.

I bought this sake at an antenna store in Fukuoka that was holding an Akita sake fair.
It is a little bit rare.
At room temperature.
Not much aroma.
It is made with soft water, so it is not that heavy, but the umami of the rice is very strong. The impression is that it goes down the throat easily without any sticking point.
It has a good sharpness and a long aftertaste.
Suitable for intermediate-level sake drinkers.
