The sake rice is Gin-no-sato, developed by the National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences for western Japan. This is the third bottle of sake rice research. We were careful to open the bottle. It erupted at the same time as the bottle was opened. A sparkling toast? It is good on its own. The dryness of the sake's 15% sake level comes out in the latter half of the bottle. It is the type that disappears in a blink of an eye. I can't remember the last time I tasted it.

It's a little cloudy. It has a muscat-like taste. It is a slightly sweet sake with a lot of rice flavor and freshness. I don't see Toyojun very often, so I tend to buy it when it's on sale.

It has a fresh aroma, a freshly squeezed flavor, a gentle orikarami mouthfeel, and a wonderfully sharp aftertaste. Serve with sashimi of flatfish

This is the first time I have heard of a brand called Houjun from Oita Prefecture. It is dry but has a very nice flavor. It is delicious. I would like to try it again when I find it!

Huge abundance after a long time 😁. There's a little bit of a corkage at the bottom of the bottle. It's not as light as I'd like it to be. I like it because of its sharpness 😆.

Clean and citrusy. Fresh and apple-like. Gradually, the bitterness also comes out, giving the impression of being a little too bitter.
