I thought Suitama, which I had never tried before, would be delicious because Hanayuup was so good, so I chose the Urasen series 😄 which I was attracted to because of its label.
It is said to be drier than the usual Suitama!

The rice flavor is neither light nor heavy.
The aftertaste is a little astringent and sharp.

I had wanted to try this limited edition sake from Kangiku for a long time.
The rarity is very high.

It has a freshness like pear, yet it is a little rich.
This is the modern taste. I would recommend it to those who prefer a modern but slightly heavier taste.
I had it with pistachios. It seems to go well with nuts and other snacks.

For some reason, I had never had Miyagi sake before, so this is very new to me.
I see it quite often at the liquor store, but if I hadn't bought it, I would have bought it at Nikkouji. The rarity of this sake is high, close to normal.
