It's so good!
Unlike the flashy juicy fruity ⤴️ that I usually prefer 😆, this one is full but stylish, moist but with a modern adult taste with a touch of flamboyance ❣️
It was so hot this year that I wasn't in the mood for it until just before,
But when I looked up at the moon, it was shining so brightly,

Among the No.6, I like X the best.
However, I heard from a restaurant owner that R is preferred because it is difficult to match with food.

I had wanted to try this limited edition sake from Kangiku for a long time.
The rarity is very high.

The aroma is very gorgeous.
It has a freshness like pear, yet it is a little rich.
This is the modern taste. I would recommend it to those who prefer a modern but slightly heavier taste.
I had it with pistachios. It seems to go well with nuts and other snacks.

For some reason, I had never had Miyagi sake before, so this is very new to me.
I see it quite often at the liquor store, but if I hadn't bought it, I would have bought it at Nikkouji. The rarity of this sake is high, close to normal.

Light and dry. Not too heavy.
The aftertaste is normal.
When heated to lukewarm or hot, it has a mild but slightly dry taste. This one has more volume.
It is not that peculiar and is very easy to drink.

As advertised, it goes very well with fish. We had it with sea bream and yellowtail sashimi.

Tensei from Kanagawa, which you don't see very often. You can find out where to buy it at the brewery's website. The rarity is quite high.

Light and gorgeous aroma.
It has a smooth and calm taste. It has a complex taste with an orikarami-like acidity and a mature hiyaoroshi-like flavor. The aftertaste is normal.
We were told that it is also delicious hot, so we served it hot.
The aroma is calm and yet gorgeous.
The richness of the aroma spreads gradually in the mouth. The sharpness is sharper than the cold sake.
It has a fresh taste, not like a hot sake, but rather a robust yet mellow sake.
Personally, I prefer it hot. It goes well with fatty fish and somewhat strong dishes.

It has a gassy, sour and sweet taste, but gradually develops an earthy, peculiar bitterness. It is similar to Abe-like sake.
There is no sharpness, and the lingering taste is rather long.
As the name of the constellation Altair suggests, we drank it by itself on the balcony. It is drinkable without the entrée, but I think I will get drunk...,, even for beginners.
