Purchased at a liquor store near Saga Station on the way home from the Tenzan Shuzo Autumn Brewery Biraki I first tried Kibotsuru at the Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival last month. I had a hard time deciding between this and velvet, but I chose this one. Cold sake Banana-like aroma. Full and mellow sweetness. It is one of the top sweet sake in Saga Prefecture, where there are many sweet and mellow types of sake. Refreshing acidity Slightly long aftertaste

On the way home from AND SAKE FUKUOKA I have only had this once before, a bottle of Umezu's "Namahashiroshi". I remember the first time I drank it, the impact of the rice flavor was so strong! Hot sake It was very warm! The umami of rice and the acidity of Namo yeast spread at once. It goes really well with Chinese food. I forgot to add water because the food was so delicious 😂.

On September 29, my friends and I participated in AND SAKE FUKUOKA for the first time! An annual event where Fukuoka's sake breweries gather. I didn't get any pictures of the sake we drank because of the crowd😅. I personally liked Hana no Dew's original sparkling sake for the event 😋. I bought Asahi Kiku at the liquor store 🍶 which I couldn't drink at the venue. At room temperature. It is soft and easy to drink. More of a dry taste Hot sake More umami than at room temperature The aftertaste is sharp and clean. It is better when hot.

Purchased at a liquor store I was told that Senkori is going to do an "Edo gaeri". I thought the modern series would be gone, but it seems that the entire series, including the classic series, will be gone and all the sake will be made from sake yeast. The U.A. series will remain, but the taste may change. I chose Modern Kame-no-o, a representative brand that I had never tried before. Cold sake Mild fruity aroma. Mild, fruity sweetness and acidity Kame-no-o is different from Aizan in that it has an impressive, elegant sweetness, but it seems to be quite calm.

Purchase at the Sake Brewery At the Tenzan Brewery Autumn Sake Brewery Opening held on September 21 The limited-sale menu gave the impression that the prices were a bit high for everything else. This No. 4 bottle was sold out within 2 hours of the opening of the brewery! Cold sake The aroma is subdued. It has a freshness characteristic of nama-shu, but the ripe rice flavor increases later. The body is not that heavy. I like it so much that it ranks high among the many kinds of Shichida's sake.

I brought back a limited edition sake and a limited edition sake for the sake brewery opening. I received this from an acquaintance as well as the previous Mitsui no Kotobuki Two years ago... In commemoration of Okinoshima Island being registered as a World Heritage Site. You can find it in many supermarkets in Fukuoka. Cold sake Aroma is modest. Crisp and refreshing. The alcohol content is only 16%, but the alcohol taste is strong after it goes down your throat. Ideal with Fukuoka cuisine such as yakitori and motsu nabe.

Souvenir from a friend's trip to Nagano A brand you don't see very often. It's my first time to drink it. Cold sake Good ginjo aroma. Smooth on the palate, with a slight mellow taste from the mid-palate. The lingering finish is rather long with a touch of astringency.

A friend of mine gave it to me because she kept it in the fridge for a long time and never drank it anymore. I took a closer look and saw that the bottle was 2 years old and unopened😳. Many of the other drinks I received were also 2 years old... 💦. I drank it with trepidation. Cold sake As the name suggests, it has a clean and refreshing taste with a mellow aftertaste. Good sharpness Slightly astringent but acceptable Personally, I can drink it, but it may be too much for some people😅.
