Another one I brought back from Saga is your first Miyanomatsu: 🙇‍♂️ According to the owner of the store where I bought it, it is a draft sake, but it is matured and is released at this time of the year as hiyaoroshi sake 👂. The aroma of the rich rice flavor suggests the richness of the sake. ⤴️ It has a viscosity when you drink it, but it is light and slightly effervescent 🫧. The taste is a strong, dark sake, with a sweetness in the back, and an orangey aroma on the nose 🍊. It has a strong umami and a strong bitterness in the second half 💪. Definitely has a hiyaoroshi feel to it 😋😋.

Sake with 90% rice polishing ratio. Personally, I did not feel much miscellaneous flavors and felt a strong sweetness. It also has a sharpness through the throat. I will enjoy it slowly as it is supposed to be drunk over 1-2 weeks and the taste changes.

Opened September 19, 2025 Hometown #5 Soft ^ ^ But with juicy fruitiness 😆. It's rather dark and the acidity is a bit more pronounced! Like a plum ^ ^.

Today's check-in is... "Moro kyo impermanence" at Miyanomatsu 🤗🤗. What is "Moro kyo impermanence"? 🤔🤔 It is one of the fundamental teachings of Buddhism, meaning that "all things in this world are always changing, and nothing is permanent". That's what it means 😆😆. That's deep...I think. LOL. Speaking of Miyanomatsu, I have received TO PINKS, MISTY, SILVA, and other horizontal typefaces, but this is the first line type? Labels ~ 🎉🎉. Well, taste rice... 😃😃😃. I knew it was gassy 🥰. Not as gassy as the side letter type, but still gassy 🥰🥰🥰. Gentle sweetness, gasiness, aroma, and a clean aftertaste😚. It's CHILL at its best 🫠🫠🫠🫠. This is it, this is it! This is the made in S.A.G.A saga. ‼️ This is, of course ~...Uma5🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴

Good evening, Heppoko-san. I thought that many of the gyosho systems were dry! Saga is still very kind and nice ☺. I got the Uma5 🐴!

Good morning, firm 😃. Thanks for your comment 🤗. It's fun to see the gap between the label and the image 😆. Saga has a lot of sake that heppo likes and it's easy to get 😚😚😚😚.

Thank you for participating in the brewery opening 🙏 7️⃣ This year's Nigorinpik 104 We thought that if you came this time, you would expect Nigori from the Yasubee family, so we tried to choose a Nigori that you have never had before😇. Miyanomatsu in Saga brews some pretty interesting nigori, which has been my favorite lately😇. I think pink nigori sake from Aizan is also interesting 🤣.

This is the sake we received at the "Yasubeyes' Kurahiraki" (7) Yasubeyesan's post on Nigorinpik, the chosen nigori-nagari among them? I have never heard of this brand or brewery name, The choice of nigori-nagari at this time! I'm sure Yasubeyesan gave a lot of thought to the order in which they were served 🧐.

Yasubeyes' warehouse party (6) Yasubeyesan is a nigorist who drinks more than 100 bottles of nigori sake a year. And here comes the pink nigori sake. It was the first time to drink Miyanomatsu. ◉Miyanomatsu TO PINKS Aizan Peach Activated Nigori Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Aizan Aizan Peach Color Activated Nigori Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake. Low alcohol and little sake. There is a slight sweet bitterness. Someone said it has a bit of a nuka-zuke (pickles) feel to it, and I agree. We talked about how Aizan is expensive and how great it is to use peach-colored yeast, and we talked about who else uses this yeast... but the only one I could think of was Harukoi from the Shinzawa Brewery. I learn a lot from listening to other people's stories. After returning home, I looked up peach-colored yeast, and it seems that peach-colored yeast is a common name, and the official name is red sake yeast.

Nemuchi, here too😊. I love pink so I was happy to see this sake 😊There are quite a few that use red yeast like Ozeyuki, Gobashi no Ride, Yingin doburoku 🤔. It's great that they are making it in Aizan 😳.

Pon, here too 😊Pink is Pon's thang 🩷I didn't think of it even though I also drink Pink Ryuki and others 😅Aizan seems to be beautifully made upscale, so using peach yeast is awesome 🤔.

Yasubeyes' family storehouse opening party (6) The combination of Aizan and peach-colored yeast is amazing. In the past, there have been many controversial cases such as the sake not turning peach-colored despite the use of peach-colored yeast, or exploding due to too much gas 😹. The aroma has a peculiar 🫶 pickle smell, but when you drink it, it's shwashy and sweet and sour. It's low in alcohol and when you drink it at home, it empties quickly 😁.

Starts at 14.5°c. Slightly fruity aroma. Clean mouthfeel. Light and smooth. Not too sweet for a Saga sake. It may be rather spicy. Good as a food sake.

SILVA from Miyanomatsu. It is a single-stage brewed sake with a low alcohol content of 12 degrees Celsius. The aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. It has a sweet aroma with a hint of sourness, and when you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet and sour with a unique sourness that somehow reminds you of plum wine. I enjoyed it while wondering what it would be like if I mixed the same one-stage brewed Yukinomayu (formerly Josumori) with plum wine 😊🍶.
