This Sake is bright and slightly tart. There are flavors of apple and a hint of pear. A medium mouth feel with acidity to clean your pallet. Nicely refreshing.

Although the label is damaged, the Sake is a beautiful melon flavor with a hint of banana. There is also some acidity to give it some dryness at the finish. Good balance between sweet and dry with a medium mouth feel. Excellent!

The lame-ish letters are cool. The top aroma is gorgeous, citrusy with a hint of acidity. Sweet and fruity. Pineapple type. Clear and gentle taste. It becomes sweeter and juicier if it is left in the refrigerator for a little longer than if it is freshly put out. I hope they release more of this sake in the future 🤔.

It is usually made with Yamada-Nishiki, but this season the Yamada-Nishiki was not so good, so it was made with Omachi. Gorgeous aroma. It is sweet and delicious with a fruity flavor. The low alcohol content makes it quite easy to drink. It is a modern sake.

It's pink 🩷. And it was soooo shwishy ✨. It popped all over the boar's mouth...it's already too energetic 🎉🎉. Sweet and delicious flavor 🐴 as it looks. Strawberry-y 🍓🍓🍓 of course. This is more of a dessert🍰certification than a sake 🤗. I would love to drink it while viewing cherry blossoms 🥰🥰🥰.

Opening March 24, 2025 The first of the 24 hometowns of the year Junmai Daiginjo, no doubt! Maruroyaka 😂. Is this really sake 🍶? The fragrant ginjo aroma ^ ^ is a bit of alcohol stimulation at the end, but it's not too bad. Although there is a bit of alcohol stimulation at the end, it goes down your throat like silk ^ ^. I can't believe I got such a good sake from my hometown tax payment!

Winter Nigorinpic 36 I took a little detour to clear sake, but I'm back to Nigorinpik again starting today😇. I recently discovered Miyanomatsu and I'm a little bit addicted to it 😀. The Shuwakimaseri I had a while ago was delicious, but this is Miyanomatsu's new sake made in January this year 😀. The sake level is minus than Shuwakimaseri, so it looks quite sweet, but the sourness that seems to come from the Shuwakimaseri and the firm taste of the new sake are good nuances and only moderately sweet and tasty😇. I guess Miyanomatsu will be my boom for the time being 😀.

According to the liquor store, it is an active cloudy wine that has been sitting at the brewery for about 10 months. It has a slight yogurt flavor with a hint of maturity. The taste has depth. The Lord is a 🎅🎄 I missed the timing to open it 💦. It looks like it's hung with a shwash. The guy at the store said it's a good name 😊. I was able to open the bottle easily after opening and closing it a few times. It has a flavor like apricot and sweet and tasty like peach and pear. The apricot bean curd is a flavor I remember something about but couldn't remember it, so I borrowed Aladdin's words😅. I also feel a little maltiness and riceiness. Bitter bitter taste in the second half. You did the right thing by buying it. I didn't feel the bitterness and the sweetness seemed to increase when it was closer to room temperature.
