This is my first brand, but it is a raw sake that the liquor store highly recommends.
It starts out with a melon-like fruity flavor that is sweeter than sweet, but soon the rich, dark umami comes in with a bang, and it finishes with a slight bitterness that is very refreshing.
When it is just out of the refrigerator, it has a bit of an alcoholic taste, but if you let it cool in the glass for a while, the umami comes out in full force, and it is delicious.
It has no peculiarities and has the taste of a classic sake, so it goes well with anything as a food sake. I think it would be easier to match with light-flavored western Japanese soups such as bonito soup stock, chinese chowder, light soy sauce, etc.

Aladdin-san was very enthusiastic about it, so I decided that I had to go to this liquor store because it was close to our house 😀 I visited this liquor store with Kaorin for the first time.
I was surprised to know that there was such a liquor store nearby, but what surprised me even more was that everyone in Kansai Sake-no-Wa knew of such a store 😇.
It was my first time to try Miyanomatsu sake, and it was a very tasty sake with a strong flavor 😀.
It went well with the mushroom and pork nabe we had today 😀.
I was also surprised that they were kind enough to let me take a picture of them even though it was my first time visiting the store 😇.
Kaze no Mori's selection of sake was also very attractive, and I now have another favorite liquor store 😀.

This sake was originally scheduled to be released at mistyrose at the same time as Sorry I couldn't make it pink, and was aged in ice cold for about a year and a half using red yeast.
As you can see, it did not turn pink.
The taste was not cohesive and had a strong bitterness when it was first pressed, so we let it sit for a while to see when it would be ready for sale.
Now, the roughness is gone, and it has a fresh aroma, a mature bitterness, and a refreshing gasiness, making it the perfect sake for the current season.

This is Miyanomatsu's active nigori sake 🍶.
This sake was released late last year because the bottle broke due to excessive gas pressure.
The initial aroma is sweet with a hint of koji malt.
In the mouth, it has a rich sweetness of rice with a hint of sweet and sourness.
Perhaps because it was near the bottom of the bottle, there was almost no gasiness.
It was a sweet sake, typical of Saga sake, but it was delicious 🍶✨.
