SILVA from Miyanomatsu.
It is a single-stage brewed sake with a low alcohol content of 12 degrees Celsius.
The aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
It has a sweet aroma with a hint of sourness, and when you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet and sour with a unique sourness that somehow reminds you of plum wine.
I enjoyed it while wondering what it would be like if I mixed the same one-stage brewed Yukinomayu (formerly Josumori) with plum wine 😊🍶.
The sweetness of mango! I thought it was mango, but they didn't really share my opinion. But I think it was a mango 🥭 bought at the Kamosu liquor store.
The taste is completely different from last year's. The aroma has a bit of a classic feel. It has a strong sweetness with a mango feel, and a rice taste. The aftertaste was slightly bitter.
TO PINKS🩷 from Miyanomatsu
Sake made with Aiyama🌾 from Hyogo Prefecture🍶.
Sweet aroma with a hint of lactic acidity on the nose.
Slightly carbonated and chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili-chili🫧 in the mouth.
Juicy, sweet and sour sake typical of Saga 🍶.
It was delicious🍶✨️

The 4th taxable item in my hometown.
Very sweet and very tasty 😋.
It's kind of like condensed milk 🐮.
This is amazing😍!
Like a Daiginjo ^ ^.
No need to explain, I'm so happy 😂.
Just delicious 😋😋😋.
Like one previous post, at the Kaitak Square Garden Anniversary event in Fukuoka, Japan.
Miya no Matsu, which you don't see very often in Fukuoka.
I drank to pinks at the event 🩷.
I asked the brewer and he said they use Aizan 😳😋😋.
I bought a bottle of junmai sake, unfiltered raw ver. for drinking at home!
Cold sake.
Aroma is slightly sour banana.
Light but bold from the mid-palate.
The aftertaste is a tangy sourness that lingers on the tongue.
It seems to go well with dishes with strong flavors.
If you drink it on the rocks, the acidity mellows out and it becomes even more delicious.
This is... bad 😱😱😱.
Please open the bottle in a safe place.
This warning is so bad even though we are in Japan....... LOL!
But being a novice, I opened the bottle in the kitchen sink, which is super safe 👍👍👍. Little by little, vent by vent🤗.
It still blew out though! 🎉.
I'll spare you the details of the taste (why not?!) It was so good I could have killed a bottle of #4 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴.
Hi Heppoko 🐦.
I'm glad you opened the bottle safely & drank it well😊👍Really healthy nigori, every time I wonder when it will subside 😂But so far it's delicious with no hassles 🤭.
Good evening, Pon 🤗. Thanks for your comment 😊!
I've been drinking some of the open bottle caution ⚠️ brands...but this one is bad. LOL!
But it's not hassle-free! A cellar that can be adjusted down to -5°C... I seriously wondered if I should buy it 😆.
It's sweet 😆.
I think it's like honey diluted with a little bit of honey lol ❣️
Soft sourness in the aftertaste.
It would be good to drink with sweet desserts😍.

Because it was a sweet sake, I felt the volume and didn't notice the low alcohol 😂.

Limited edition sake using 100% Aizan
As pink as it looks, it is a sweet sake.
According to the shopkeeper, it seems to have bubbles.
However, there is no fizziness, probably because the bottle has been open for a long time.
Almost like a juice!
The lame-ish letters are cool.
The top aroma is gorgeous, citrusy with a hint of acidity. Sweet and fruity. Pineapple type. Clear and gentle taste.
It becomes sweeter and juicier if it is left in the refrigerator for a little longer than if it is freshly put out.
I hope they release more of this sake in the future 🤔.
Good evening, bouken!
Miyanomatsu, that's drunken... ☺️
I want to go to Yamamoto Sake-ten to buy it, but it's very difficult and I haven't had it since last year, so I'm jealous 🤤.
I'd like to try it someday as it seems to suit my taste other than the active nigori ☺️
Good evening, Mr. Aladdin.
I had to go there when I heard about Omachi! I went there and there were several kinds of Miyanomatsu and I got lost for a moment 😅.
I'm sure you'll like it here because they seem to have a lot of sweet and tasty types 🤗.
