Purchased at Sanyotsuru Sake Brewery at Saijo Sake Festival. Almost exclusively distributed locally and not seen at all outside of the prefecture🤔. I got the impression that there were fewer customers on the day of the festival than elsewhere, probably because the brewery is located on the edge of the Saijo area! Last month there was a Tenshinkai at an izakaya in Fushimi, which I attended! Mr. Kojima, the toji (master brewer) came to the party and we had a great time talking about a lot of things 😄. And here is a bottle of Tenshizumi I bought at a liquor store I stopped by later that day! Cold sake Pale yellow in color Aroma of muscat and white wine The mouthfeel is fresh, but the acidity spreads at once. The acidity is the same as that of white wine 😂. Clear but complex aftertaste

First visit to the liquor store in three years. I'd seen it on the news for a while and was curious to know that Senpyo had just arrived. I had it cold. Floral aroma with hints of white bean flour and sour cream. Smooth on the palate with just the right amount of sweetness. Full acidity and astringent aftertaste. The aftertaste is rather short. The more you drink, the stronger the acidity seems to come out.

I bought this when I went to Shizuoka to visit my grandmother during Obon! It's a new brewery in Shizuoka that was reborn this year! Cold sake! Aroma of banana and ripe fruits. Light and refreshing! Dry aftertaste with acidity I found out that Ogawa yeast is used. The aroma was light but gorgeous.
