Yesterday, a fair was held at Hakata Station to support the recovery of Fukushima Prefecture and Higashimine Village in Fukuoka!
And I bought a bottle of Tomine Issen, which is not often seen in Fukuoka!
This brewery was hit by torrential rain 8 years ago, and with the support of many people, they have revived sake brewing after 50 years as a way to support the local community!
Cold sake
Refreshing aroma with a hint of green
Smooth soft water
Clear structure with a clean aftertaste
Has the strength characteristic of pure sake.
Slightly hard and refreshing
Good as a food sake
At the Saiki City Fair the day before yesterday
Saiki Hisho's next was Hana-Seizou 🌺.
Jun Dai's first time
Cold sake
The aroma is mild.
Fresh and clean with a dry aftertaste.
Slightly sweet rice flavor
Good as a food sake
I happened to find a fair in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture at Hakata Station.
Guerrilla fair for 4 hours only🤣
Two sake breweries in Saiki City were also there, so I bought small bottles of both!
First up was my first Saiki Hisho for drinking at home!
You can often find this at liquor stores in Oita, but not so much in Fukuoka 💦.
Cold sake.
The aroma is light, but has a woody heaviness to it.
Smooth on the palate with a weighty mid-palate and finish.
Some sweetness lingers on the tongue.
It is rather dry than very dry.
First encounter since the change from Fukuhime at the Hakata Station event.
The first sniff was like a sacred wine
But I didn't mind from the second sniff.
The taste is more modern, but I could feel a little alcohol.
Since it's a nokumi, it's very exciting to see how it will change from here.
The sparkling that I was allowed to try at the tasting, which will be released in the fall of 2012, is fruity and very drinkable.
The price is reasonable, so buy it!

I returned to Tokyo from a business trip to Kyushu.
First of all, I had a little leftover, this one I procured during my business trip to Kokura last week...
The snack was a piece of crustacean that I randomly put on a piece of tissue. It's super dry, but it was a bit too fast and the snacks got the better of me 😅.
Past Drinking.
At "Odenger," a limited-time challenge store on platforms 5 and 6 of Hakata Station
Here is the third drink!
Garden no Uguisu Junmai Ginjo
This one is dry and sharp!
Best with cream cheese 🧀 in soy sauce 👍
It refreshes the milk fat content in a snap!
Continue to the after party
Hello Chichi, my best friend forever ^ ^.
Chichi's favorite top and right facing is a female and gorgeous type👍.
What a best match with cream cheese 🧀 in soy sauce, looks delicious✨!
Good morning Manta, my best friend forever 😃.
Yes, I know, since I'm a male and you're a female, I can't help but chase after the female 😁.
I have a theory that most sake 🍶 goes well with cream cheese 🧀👍.

Here is the second drink!
Kitaya Junmai Ginjo Gin no Sato
Made with "Gin-no-sato" rice developed in the Chikugo region of southern Fukuoka Prefecture, which is suitable for sake brewing.
Characterized by its fruity aroma and plump flavor.
Perfectly compatible with oden 👌
To be continued
Chichi, here too 🤗
It would be nice to have a store like this on the station platform to wander by 😋 Is there a different store opening now? You seem to be busy with both past and present drinking posts 🤭 me too 😅.
Yu🎶 here too 😀
I should have been there more 💦.
Now it's just a regular ramen shop 🍜.
The waitress said the problem is that the customer turnover is too slow.
I guess they didn't need 🪑 chairs because they would have caused people to stay longer...
Past Drinking.
There are limited-time-only Challenge Shops on platforms 5 and 6 of Hakata Station, which I use when commuting to work (or going home), and in the past there have been ramen stores, soba noodle shops, and other delicious-looking stores!
But I missed them because I was in the middle of the Corona Disaster... 💦.
So this time I will go 😤.
I found out that the opening period ends at the end of March...
Seasonal Challenge Shop "Odenger
It's a small store with only 7 people at the counter and 3 people outside, but it's packed with old men who seem to have become regulars over the past 6 months!
I was served with the long-awaited oden (daikon radish, deep-fried tofu, konnyaku).
Kame-no-o
A visual that looks like old-fashioned sake!
Hyah, smells like alcohol: ❗️
It smells like a drunk uncle!
But I couldn't just leave it in the cup, so I had to drink it 💦.
It reminded me of the negative image I had of drunks when I was a kid 😁.
Sorry if I said too much 🙏.
Still, I could drink it because, as the name suggests, it is made from the precious sake rice Kame-no-o.

Good morning, Haruei Chichi 😊.
I had the Junmai and I had the same impression 😅I was curious about it, so I looked it up and it seems there are a few types that don't use Kame-no-o💦.
Good morning, tsutsumate-san 😃.
I see you also have Kotobukinmu.
I hope you can make a sake with a modern taste that appeals to the right people, since you are using rare sake brewing rice...
Wakanami" brand is brewed by the young team Wakanami. The white label is a Junmai Junmai sake. Yamadanishiki from Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture, and Yume Issho from Misumi, Fukuoka Prefecture, are used.
On the first day of opening, it has a mature and sharp impression, but it gradually opens up and stretches out nicely as it is exposed to air. The aroma is of ripe bananas. When it is included, it has a broad flavor with sweetness, which slowly and gently spreads with a good acidity, and then slowly recedes in the same curve as it spread. This is definitely a junmai ginjo sake to be enjoyed in a "wine glass" while slowly turning and opening the sake! Delicious!
It seems to be!
