Like one previous post, at the Kaitak Square Garden Anniversary event in Fukuoka, Japan. Miya no Matsu, which you don't see very often in Fukuoka. I drank to pinks at the event 🩷. I asked the brewer and he said they use Aizan 😳😋😋. I bought a bottle of junmai sake, unfiltered raw ver. for drinking at home! Cold sake. Aroma is slightly sour banana. Light but bold from the mid-palate. The aftertaste is a tangy sourness that lingers on the tongue. It seems to go well with dishes with strong flavors. If you drink it on the rocks, the acidity mellows out and it becomes even more delicious.
