The sake is brewed by "Toroki Shouten", a sake brewer who was involved in growing the rice and brewing it together with Wakatakeya Sake Brewery. I got it as a sign of support 😊 Is it what's called a light, dry taste? It had a faintly sweet aroma, but the sip was refreshingly watery! The flavor and bitterness come out on the palate. I was drinking it with cream cheese as an entrée, but it doesn't get in the way, so it's probably just right for a mid-meal drink 😊.

Fourth round of drinks with Go-ni-Go-san. Amanurin Tokubetsu Junmai Sake Limited Bottle Enclosure This is also my first time to drink Mie sake! I chose only sake from Tokai region😅. This seems to be a regular sake of Amanurin! After bottling, the sake is matured slowly in the brewery. Mellow and full-flavored with a lot of umami!

The rice used is Comet from Hokkaido. You can't ignore the sake made with Hokkaido rice, can you? It has a clear and refreshing taste typical of Comet. It has a gentle acidity and a good sharpness, so you can drink it easily. It is well-balanced with a good taste of rice. I️ think it's a versatile sake that can be used in any situation. I have drunk Tenyurin many times, but I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not.

A little graininess. It is good to drink with soda or on the rocks. The more you drink red rice or ancient rice sake, the more you realize the greatness of Ine Mangaka 🤔.

I was impressed with the Miyamanishiki Hi-Kiri that I had previously tasted, so I tried the nama-shu as well. It is fruity, sweet and delicious, but a little refreshing. It also seems to have more acidity. The hi-ire version seems more cohesive, but I personally prefer the nama-zake. It tasted good when it was first opened, but on the third day, it's not so good. The bitterness is getting much stronger. I think I would prefer the more stable fire-roasted version.

Hakone Drink Comparison Set (2) On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki. It was my first time to try Hakonezan! This is the spiciest sake in the group. It is a dry ginjo-shu as you might imagine, but it is moderately rich and very good as a mid-meal drink. Of course, it goes well with ingredients as they are, but it also goes well with dishes that have been added, such as those using dashi (Japanese soup stock)!

I drank plenty of water, so I don't have a hangover. Now, I have my first narai among them, a beta version with different yeast. It has a serial number. I was told that I should drink it because it is rare, so I was persuaded to drink it again today. The sweetness is more pronounced when it is brought to room temperature. Both were delicious, but I preferred the one on the left. I don't think I will be able to drink it again (except at this restaurant). I didn't eat much food at the bar. This is because the hotel we stayed at, the Chateraise Hotel, had a welcome cake 🍰 which we ate before heading out. One per person, but the size is big so you are full. You can drink as much as you want, but I decided to be moderate because I was going to have alcohol afterwards 😌.

I was wondering what the same company that did Tenka and Shihu would do with the Meimon Shukai now that they've taken over the business? I was wondering what they were going to do with the prestigious sake associations, and then they released it 😊. Slightly effervescent, sweet and sour. Is it white malted rice? It's so acidic that I thought it was white malted rice. It also has a slightly dry atmosphere. It has a unique taste, but it is delicious. I wonder if the product for the Meimon Shukai that was sold before was Yuyamanishiki, but instead of using Yuyamanishiki, they used Gohyakumangoku to separate it from Honami.

Softened by Aizu's specialty, squid and carrots. The final dish is a chilled shoyu sauce, which is unique to summer. But it is rather refreshing. The soup is delicious. @Digital Rural Tavern Kanmasu This is Gekiyumi from Nagurayama Brewery. The top aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, refreshing sweetness with a hint of yogurt-like acidity.
