Hakone Drink Comparison Set (2) On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki. It was my first time to try Hakonezan! This is the spiciest sake in the group. It is a dry ginjo-shu as you might imagine, but it is moderately rich and very good as a mid-meal drink. Of course, it goes well with ingredients as they are, but it also goes well with dishes that have been added, such as those using dashi (Japanese soup stock)!

Junmai Ginjo Blue Bottle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15 degrees The 4th kind of Yokohama Sake Fest. The ginjo aroma is citrusy (?). The ginjo aroma is citrusy (?) with a hint of fruity aroma 🥰, crisp and slightly sweet. I feel the same flavor as the "Ameirango San 77" I had one time before, but without the carbonation 😋. Yokohama Salmon Square (1) On Sunday, my high school classmate and I went to Yokohama Sake Square at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse from 11:00 a.m. Stalls were mainly sake breweries from Kanagawa and neighboring prefectures. First, we started with a brewery I had never had a chance to try, Hakonezan Junmai Ginjo Blue Bottle It's hot, so it tastes good cold 🥳. A little sweet, not too much acidity? Light? Beautiful and easy to drink 😋. The brewery staff was there, so I was allowed to take their picture.
