Junmai Ginjo Blue Bottle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15 degrees
The 4th kind of Yokohama Sake Fest.
The ginjo aroma is citrusy (?). The ginjo aroma is citrusy (?) with a hint of fruity aroma 🥰, crisp and slightly sweet.
I feel the same flavor as the "Ameirango San 77" I had one time before, but without the carbonation 😋.
Yokohama Red Brick: 20250712Yokohama SAKE Fest
Yokohama Salmon Square (1)
On Sunday, my high school classmate and I went to Yokohama Sake Square at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse from 11:00 a.m. Stalls were mainly sake breweries from Kanagawa and neighboring prefectures.
First, we started with a brewery I had never had a chance to try,
Hakonezan Junmai Ginjo Blue Bottle
It's hot, so it tastes good cold 🥳.
A little sweet, not too much acidity?
Light? Beautiful and easy to drink 😋.
The brewery staff was there, so I was allowed to take their picture.
Aroma bread modest but gorgeous.
Slightly sweet and sour on the palate. Junmai sake with a clean and crisp aftertaste.
Alcohol 15-16%.
Sake degree +2
Acidity 1.8
