And yet another sake event post still to come... sorry...
Mie Sake Enjoyment Party (1)
The event was held at Hotel Green Park Tsu in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, where the Mie Sake Tasting Championship was also held at the same time. I don't participate in sake tasting because I have a stupid tongue, but...
First, after a 2-minute speech by someone in a high position (2 minutes lost), we were poured sake at a nearby booth and toasted to start the event.
The entrance fee included 4 vouchers for snacks, sushi, cheese, etc., which was very reasonable.
The booth of Takahashi Sake Brewery and Tianyurin.
The day before, there had been a disaster-level rainfall in Yokkaichi City, and when I asked about it, they said it was just a small leak.
A very lowly person was there to help us. Maybe it was the brewery...
◉Tenyurin Junmai Ginjo Kasumishu Nama
The citrusy acidity is impressive, with a refreshing aftertaste. Easy-drinking orikarami.
A special junmai sake, limited edition, bottle-enclosed.
Slightly mineral, with a slight Urikei aroma. The aftertaste is sharp with a pleasant bitterness.
Ise no Hakusake Junmai Nama
A slightly effervescent, lightly nigori two-step brewing process. Low alcohol content of 12°.
I didn't know some of the breweries, and since it was my first time attending the event, I wasn't sure how to allocate my time and how to get around....
The first Mie sake that tastes good with everything, Tianyurin.
The navy blue label is a refreshing summer sake.
Herbal aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will be pleasantly surprised by the softly wafting acidity!
It is fruity and very easy to drink, with little harshness or pungency.
I drank it in a wine glass that I just purchased, so the refreshing aroma was more noticeable than usual.
It is a versatile sake that goes with everything.
Pairing: Sashimi with condiments, salmon with avocado, cheese with shiso leaves, fried corn and taro

Sake is stored in bottles! It's fun to see a variety of sakes at an event and compare them with each other!

Kasumi sake is a kind of sake that has a slight nigori (a slight cloudy taste). So, it is nigori (cloudy) but also has a smooth taste.
It had a good balance and I liked it 😋.
Warmed.
Aroma of sweet rice.
When you drink it, it has a surprisingly piquant flavor.
Slightly hay green flavor.
The rice flavor spreads in the mouth smoothly and pleasantly.
The mouthfeel is light and smooth.
The sharpness is also good.
Spicy and delicious.
Degree of liking ☆4/5
