This was the third bottle we drank on New Year's Day. We saved the Hakurakusei we had brought for another time and opened a bottle of Okutanba provided by my sister and her husband, as we did last year. It is dry but slightly fruity and easy to drink. It goes well with strong flavored dishes. Thank you very much.

We attended a year-end party for parents of my second son's high school club! Although there are some rank restrictions, we enjoyed drinking all the sake we could drink 😆. The 2nd glass Wadarai Dry Junmai This is also a brand I've never had before! Although it is dry, it is surprisingly fruity! It has a clean and crisp taste, so it went in easily.

Makuake's Kurafan "Don't Stop #Noto's Sake!" Leaving the new sake festival, we went to the second restaurant. The second party was at a soba restaurant on the restaurant floor of Amu Plaza Kumamoto, adjacent to the station. This soba restaurant has a great selection of sake 😁. The price is... no way 🤣. The second drink was Shashaemon I had this sake at this restaurant before, but I couldn't remember what it tasted like, so I ordered it. The moment I put it in my mouth, the gorgeous aroma spreads and sweetness, sourness, umami, and spiciness all come at once 😳. This feeling is like no other 😁. You can enjoy this on its own or as a food sake 🥰.

First drink 🔰. The owner served this sake at a high school alumni gathering. I found this sake in Saku, Nagano. It was only 200ml, but I bought it immediately because it had the matured color I like. The taste is as you would expect, but the sweetness is a perfect match. I thought this could definitely go well warmed up, and it is still delicious! The flavor and sweetness seemed to increase dramatically by warming it up. The rich flavor was like licking honey.
