I was drinking it on 7/1. It is aromatic, fruity, sweet from the rice, and refreshingly delicious. Niigata is a great place after all! My daughter had it with her lunch of seared nodoguro (northern bluefin tuna) 😊My daughter had it with her lunch of hegisoba (buckwheat noodles) and tarekatsu (pork cutlet with sauce) and drank it with takachiyou.
