From the third day, the spiciness subsided a bit and the umami flavor emerged, making it easier to drink. The spiciness was good from the third day. I drank it at room temperature and cold this time, It would have been better to drink it warmed. It was almost the same whether it was served cold or at room temperature. I bought this sake when I went touring to Kakunoshima Island. It was raining heavily there, But it was raining hard there, It is easy to drink, just like water, It's easy to drink. It has a weak alcohol taste, but that's what makes it intoxicating. But I try to control myself and drink it on two separate days. Shimonoseki area is famous for globefish. If so... Whale sashimi, I thought this would be a good match for the habitual whales, and reminded myself of spicy touring. It was delicious.
