I bought it because it was discounted at a local supermarket. It seems to be a sake specially made for mackerel, so of course I paired it with mackerel, When I poured it into a glass, the color was golden, How does it taste? The first sip had a strong bitterness! But as you drink it, you get used to it and the bitterness fades, making it an easy beer to drink, I think I got drunk in a good way. I bought this as an afterthought when I went to Kochi Prefecture to eat bonito tataki (bonito tataki). When I put the sake in the seat back of my motorcycle, the label came off, But I'll take it easy. Of course, I'm going to serve it with bonito tataki, And I tried to recreate it. Yes, I did, Sake and bonito are both delicious, The sake was so spicy without any accompaniments that I thought there was no other way but to pair it with the sashimi, Yes, everything was delicious. First, I had a glass while making rice with chestnuts. It was delicious and a little too sweet for me, But when I drank it, I overcooked it and it got burnt all over. It was a delicious drink that made me feel thankful to be able to enjoy autumn.
