I'd like to try Haretoke's new handling. I've had red rice wine in the past, but I bought it because it seems rare in Kansai. It is made from Miyamanishiki produced in the Satomi district of Hitachiota City, where the brewery is located. It is refreshing, but not too spicy or strong, and mainly sweet and easy to drink.

Isaka Sake Brewery Founded in 1818 A long-established sake brewery in Hitachiota There was a tasting event at Isaka Sake Brewery. The brewer was there. He was kind enough to talk to us about various things. We were given a set of three recommended Junmai sake to compare. The total price was 800 yen for 1 sake. The Junmai Ginjo was the best! The Junmai Ginjo was my favorite! Unfortunately, this sake bar Unfortunately, this sake bar does not sell sake due to various reasons 😓. But we had a great time. Jizake bar in front of the ticket gate 🌟 It's great for a drink before going home 🍶, but Is it a paradise for drinking ❤️ or a quagmire😱? How about ⁉️ Riding the tipsy express 🚃. I returned to Tokyo safely sober 😑.
