This is the wrong brand it’s from Tochigi from Hokkan. The cheapest sake in Donquixote in Bangkok and so very smooth and balanced at medium chill. It’s actually very close to water.

Purchased at Mekada Sake Shop in Utsunomiya City A store that I stop by on my way home from a recent trip to the Tohoku region. I saw it wrapped in newspaper in the Tochigi Prefecture's local sake corner and bought it, believing the pop-up sign! It goes great with oden or anything with a Japanese broth! It made the sake taste much better. It was the most delicious sake I have ever had in the sake brewery in Tochigi Prefecture.

Rice used is Miyamanishiki I didn't find it too harsh, but my partner, who prefers a gorgeous sweet taste, found it too much for his palate. It is true that the alcohol taste comes first, and the mouthfeel is not smooth. I ate okonomiyaki, went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar), and at the end, I got the last of a bottle of sake that the owner recommended 😊I got the last of a bottle as a courtesy 😋. It's like a summer sake with a refreshing taste 😚 and a crisp aftertaste 😋.
