Arisawa is famous for Bunkajin, but this is a different brand, Kagamino-Origarami. I had the clear sake two years ago and enjoyed it, so I had the ogara-mi this time. The initial aroma is softly sweet with a hint of pear and rice. In the mouth, there is a hint of acidity and juicy rice sweetness. I think it is a bit more drinkable than Bunka Jin. Had this special high grade sake from Oujiman brewery. It has a 6% rice polishing ratio!! I loved its mellow fruity notes and a elegantly clean finishing, it keeps tempt you to drink it. I'll definitely buy this again next time.

I had a chance to drink some sake from a new brewery in Kochi, and I bought it because it was my favorite strain. Personally, I had high expectations for this sake because it comes from Kameizumi. When cold, the aroma was rather subdued, and as the temperature rose, I could detect a pineapple-like aroma, which is typical of Seru. It is a sweet and sour type of sake with both sweetness and sourness coming out strongly, and the sourness leaves a stronger impression than the very sweet type. The sourness that lingers in the mouth leaves a strong impression, and the sake finishes relatively nicely, giving the impression of a dry sake. 720, about 2400 yen

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka - A Spectacle of Sake and Food in Shikoku ⑭ Kawazawa Sake Brewery has been on my radar ever since I saw the news about the brewery's birth. The brewery owner's son? An elementary school boy was going around handing out flyers 😊. Seeing something like this makes me want to support them🤗. We drank Clouds on the mountain Zaagusaag Special Junmai Gohyakumangoku, 60% polished rice I got the impression that it was a dry sake with a good sweetness and umami. Yama ni Kumo no Karara Karara Junmai Daiginjo Gin no Yume 50% polished rice The aroma is sweet. It is sweet and fruity. The acidity is fruit-like. Low alcohol content, light and easy to drink. Expect to find it in the antenna store at KITTE.
