Due to personal circumstances, I ordered my sake in October 2024 and did not actually receive it until May 2025. Nevertheless, it remains the most surprising sake ever! It goes well with a variety of foods and is very easy to drink straight. Importantly, the flavors do not deteriorate after six months of standing, but rather retain their elegance. Rice used is Miyamanishiki I didn't find it too harsh, but my partner, who prefers a gorgeous sweet taste, found it too much for his palate. It is true that the alcohol taste comes first, and the mouthfeel is not smooth. As the day goes by, the corners are removed and it becomes more moderate, so it might be better to go out with it slowly, but I don't dislike it in this way.

This is the wrong brand it’s from Tochigi from Hokkan. The cheapest sake in Donquixote in Bangkok and so very smooth and balanced at medium chill. It’s actually very close to water.
