かっぱ!!
Refreshing aroma with a mild, slight smell of melon rind. The taste is rice-based and has a sweetness in spite of its super dryness. The taste is more of a classic type, but not heavy and easy to drink. It's just an ordinary tasty sake.

⸜⸜(* ॑)▥Date of Birthday 🍶🍶🍶🍶+ I started off the day with a humble cup 😁 I bought this on a business trip to Hiroshima 😀. The aroma is mild with a hint of apple? On the palate, it has a good balance of gentle sweetness and sourness 😚 It has a full-bodied flavor 😊. I will slowly start and go for the next killi 🥳.

New Spring Sake Set The set includes two different kinds of sake, one dry and the other sweet (lol). The accompaniment was grilled Kyoto red chicken with sansho (Japanese pepper).

(*) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 It was hot today, so I had a bottle of Dobrock. It's my first time to drink in Tokyo😙It was separated so I mixed it up and opened the bottle. It was very carbonated and I spilled a lot of water 😛 It was so fizzy it was like pouring cider into a glass. It's not too sweet and the grains of rice are delicious. It's also good on a hot day as it's chilled 😀.

Looks so cool!!! 🤣LOL Not the usual goddess of ministry️. I wonder who she is: ???? LOL! Compared to the standard Hanagumori Clean and refreshing👍. It's a doburoku but it's like eating a fruit. Rice dessert feeling😋. It also refreshes greasy food. The chocolate was delicious too 😚😚

I carefully opened the bottle and it took about 15 minutes. It's a sake that you can eat with your eyes, with the grains of rice usually recognizable. Overall, the strong gaseous feeling gives a swooshing impression, so it's refreshing to drink. I liked it.

I bought it because a liquor store in my neighborhood started handling Tajima. I was surprised at how fruity it was. It is fresh, moderately sweet, and delicious. It is a more modern sake than I expected. After drinking this after the first time, it feels more like a sake 🤔.

This sake was tasted at the Kobe Hankyu event and made a good impression, and was highly praised by Nemuchi-san. A liquor store in my neighborhood became a special distributor, but I was wondering why they didn't carry this sake. It was in the fridge of a point system sake, so I thought 😅😅I thought, "No way, I can buy it normally. I thought so, but I was able to buy it normally😅. It's confusing💦. The rice is Hyogo Nishiki. Sweet aroma. It is fire-aged but has a quite rich flavor. It is better not to cool it down too much. It is a little smoky.

First time! Kirinzan....not much aroma....sweet and bitter, then sharp! Enjoy the delicious taste of Koshitanrei. The best and strongest for Niigata sake 🍶Meal sake 🍶 🍶 😀 Today, I'm having dinner with seasonal "Kogomi" and "Asatsuki" & Sashimi.......enjoying the spring ☘️

There's more past drinking and outside drinking 🤣. Kirinzan Potari Potari Gohyakumangoku (Junmai Ginjyo Nama sake) Unlike Koshitanrei, this one is very juicy in both aroma and taste. ❗️ It's really like a white grape! The sweet and sour taste reminds me of wine. ❗️ This one is also nostalgic and delicious👍

At home. First time drinking alcohol. I finally got to know how to read it. When I first tried it as a hiya, I felt a bit of alcohol in the throat, so I tried it again with the recommended lukewarm temperature... it was beautifully mellow and the sweetness and umami increased❗️. I was impressed by the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice, and the Tochigi sake.

8 points (wife: 7 points) Alcohol content: 14 degrees Celsius Sake meter: +2 Acidity: 1.2 Sake rice: Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio : 60 Yeast : Nadeshiko flower yeast Where to buy : Japanese Restaurant Kusabanaraku (Nagasaki City) Slightly floral melon-like top The same fruity aroma as the first sip, a moderate sweetness, and the umami of rice spread with a soft acidity and are quickly quenched by a slight bitterness and the dryness of the alcohol. The dryness of the alcohol gives this sake a good sharpness in spite of its aroma, giving it a classical impression in the latter half of the bottle. It is more suitable as a mid-meal drink than as a stand-alone sake. It went well with grilled sea bream, various sashimi, simmered pork, simmered sea bream, fried fish, and other dishes made by my wife's brother.

I thought I had to ask for it when Yoohee-san came back home to get it 😅. It was available at a liquor store in Osaka city😳 At the store where I bought Saeki Hisho the other day. This sake is made with Abelia yeast. Fruity and sweet like a flower yeast, but the second half is quite spicy. I'd like to try it if they have fresh sake. I wondered what "Hanegi Shibori" means. I was wondering what "Hanegi Shibori" was, and it turns out that it's the same as the Tenbin Shibori process used by Furozumi, Miyako Bijin, and Shirasagi-no Shiro in the Kansai region 🤔.

We used Go To to Echigo Yuzawa. So_1F3D4 brand and Naebayama brand that I don't remember seeing in Tokyo to match the local cuisine of the hotel. Junmai-Ginjo sake with Junmai-Ginjo specifications. The gentle aroma, the sweetness, and the refreshing finish give me the impression that this is a "Niigata's local sake" as I have always imagined it to be. In terms of Niigata brands that you can buy in Tokyo, I'd say it's similar to the Junmai Ginjo specs of Tsurueri or Kubota. If I tasted it, I'd never be able to understand it myself... After all, coming on a trip and pairing it with local food is the best part of local sake 👍.

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku and Koshibuki. My first impression was "It's sweet. ❣️ I felt that "Kosu-Mori" was also quite sweet for me, but it seemed more profound than "Kosu-Mori". It is like licking a muscat candy. The finish, however, is crisp with just the right amount of bitterness, so the sweetness doesn't linger and it feels refreshing. It is a delicious drink, but I think it is suitable for different situations.

8.5 points (Wife 8.5 points) Sake Brewer : Ohga Shuzo, Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture (Fukuoka Prefecture's oldest brewery) Rice : Yamadanishiki produced in Fukuoka Prefecture Rice polishing ratio : 60 Alcohol percentage : 16 Sake Degree : Undisclosed Acidity : Not disclosed A gift from a friend in Fukuoka who came to Fukuoka Airport to see me off (purchased at Todoroki Sake Shop). Slightly melon-like finish The same subdued, fruity aroma as the first sip, with a hint of vanilla and a hint of azuki beans, soft sweetness and umami of rice spreading with a refreshing acidity, and finishing gently with a hint of bitterness and a slight spiciness from the alcohol. Elegant and well-balanced, it is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own. My friend's nickname is Tama-chan and his wife's maiden name is Izumi, so he chose this sake as a pun. It went well with Italian-style grilled salmon with foil, stewed sweet potato, chilled tofu, and squid cod roe.

The oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka, Ohga Shuzo, has created a GABAGABAHEY raw sake. At the first sip, the fresh and rich rice flavor typical of nama-shu spreads. It is certainly a sake that you might drink with the governor (^-^), and it is delicious. It seems to be a limited sake, so if you are interested, please come early~.

The fourth cup is a "Tamadezumi" unpasteurized sake! (First picture, left side) The sweetness is even richer than the previous "Ooga Unfiltered Nama"! However, as you savor it, the acidity and pungency slowly come from the back, along with a hint of shiitake mushroom-like aroma. The coffee milk-like aftertaste is impressive ✨.
