Drinking with my wife on our wedding anniversary last week, when we visited Tsushima Tsuru at the Metropolitan Morioka New Wing (laughs). The sweetness is not too strong, but rather relaxing. Perfect for enjoying in the colder months. As the summer is drawing to a close (the heat is still on), I opened a bottle of "Katsuragawa" sake on the rocks, which I was looking forward to drinking again this year!
