I think this junmai sake had a strong sweetness, but it also had a strong bitterness, so you could drink it without getting bored.
I don't think it was my strike, but it should be someone else's. I'm sure it will be someone else's strike 🙄.

We recently received a sake from Ehime, with which we had a connection, as part of our hometown tax payment. It is slightly sweet and thick, so I drink it slowly.
It's so gorgeous when it's in there.
The fragrance is a bit 💦 hard to tell.

A gentle gradation of aromas and flavors.
Some people may get the impression that it is a bit dry, but it is quite easy to drink!
