It's our local sake, Hatsuyukibai! I will continue to support it steadily! Everyone in Japan, if you see it at your local liquor store, please give it a try. 🙇‍♂️ I'm not a brewery spokesperson 😊. Finally, May is here 🙄🙄. For those of you who are worried that I'm slacking on my reviews, just go at your own pace. That's what sakewa is all about 😆👍 First up in May is our local Hatsuyukibai. Brewed with local sake rice "Shizuku Ehime". I've been skipping so much that my memory of the taste has faded, but I'm sure it was delicious 🤣. If you see it at a liquor store, please give it a try 😋😋.
