I bought this because I had never seen Hirotogawa Junmai before.
It is very easy to drink with few peculiarities, as is typical of Hirotogawa...but I think I would prefer Tokujun.
It's been a long time since I've had Sanso-san.
I think it has more acidity than the last time I drank it, but it has a unique and complex flavor that I like.
It is still delicious.
I think this is my third bottle this year.
There are many things I want to drink, but I'm so addicted to this one that I buy it at least once a month.
It is delicious.
I like the design of the bottle and would buy one like this if I saw it.
It has a light mouthfeel with a light gassy feeling and a strong flavor. It's good.
Delicious. This is also very tasty.
It is fruity and dry, but has a wonderful taste that reminds me of the Kudokutei I had a little while ago.
I also had a chance to compare it with Murasaki Bakuren for a little bit, but it is too good to be true.
I toasted with this one, which was served on the occasion of the restaurant's anniversary.
It has a complex flavor that is a combination of many things. It's so good!
And although it tasted a little like clogged up chi, I am sure it will work again today.
It is named "heated" but I drank it cold.
I was prepared for it because it was labeled 2023, but it was much easier to drink than I expected.
It had the Hououmida character and was easy to drink.
It is totally different from the Junmai Black I drank before!
This one is also light, crazy easy to drink, and just delicious.
I'll have to catch up with Abbey.
