At Irori Village
Delicious Gohyakumangoku Sake
This is still delicious.
Mild, just a little sweet, but balanced.
White aroma, not much aftertaste, but still good!

A little juicy, a little fruity, not much aftertaste. A little sweet? There's acidity comparatively, but no raw carbonation. Getting a little funky?
But it's light and not bad.

It was also delicious. It was labeled "Yamahai Honjozo" and was quite easy to drink even though it had a high alcohol content.
The quality of the recent Kaze no Bon is good. I want to drink it again!

This is delicious 🤤.
It's the most affordable sake I've had since going Junmai-shu-only with a base of North Sea.
But it's usually delicious, cosy, and I'm totally fine with paying a little more for it, and if it's there, I'll ask for it.

I drank it all up.
This sake is made from a native Toyama rice called Ishihiro.
This sake is made from 17th century sake rice that the brewer at Masuda Sake Brewery carefully grows in his own fields.
It was delicious!
It was fresh, though it was quite tangy with the raw sake!

For the record.
The owner likes to lay down his sake quite a bit and has a lot of different kinds. He also likes aged sake, and he's aging some more.
This one was brewed in 2021, came out in the fall of 2022, and opened in July 2023.
