Tsukifumi-no-ike pond is a famous place in Itoigawa, and is said to be located in a dense forest, making it difficult for the moon to be reflected in the pond. Local Takananishiki grown by the brewer. It is said to be full-bodied and sharp, but it is very sharp. This is the mainstream of Niigata-Joetsu sake.

Purchased at Takashimaya event😆👍 Out of the three types, I️ started with the Tsukiyomi no Ike. The aroma is nothing but semedyne smell💦. The taste is like a matured sake, but not fully matured so it's easy to drink for a matured sake😅💦. I just don't like it on the web. I'll try to warm it up next time and enjoy it!
