With a slight bitterness, this sake had what I perceived to be a strong flavor. It was not overpowered by the accidental dumplings (soy sauce and hot sauce) and other strong tasting snacks.
I purchased Matsumori Spiral, a collaboration brand of Sato Sake Brewery, in quantity.
It has a rich aroma. The aroma is rich. The mouthfeel is fruity and gaseous, followed by a crisp dry taste and a refreshing finish.
I think it is a beautiful sake 🍶.
R7.6.1. Tour of roadside stations in the Ibaraki area - I bought a packet of cute Jouzuru-san at a roadside station in Hitachi-Ohta.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a strong flavor! I love this kind of thing...and the aftertaste is refreshing...delicious! I would love to try the dry version of this sake!
The aroma is not very pleasant chemically. The mouthfeel has the flavor of rice, but the sourness is more noticeable. The aftertaste is also somewhat chemical.
I bought it at a supermarket on the way home, but I wonder if it is as good as this.
I don't think this sake was made by Mr. Okabe of Rendezvous, and I have my doubts about the storage conditions.
I wonder if the quality of the sake was in the condition it was sold in.
If this is the case, I should have bought a well-chilled Argo.
I thought I was going to taste the standard local sake of Ibaraki, but I'm not convinced.
I guess I should buy sake at a liquor store. That was what I thought.
Purchased in January at Kinase, a local sake brewery in Mito.
I chose this brand for the Ibaraki local sake category. I was really torn between Watanabune and this one, which I had never had before.
When I checked the aroma, I found a sour, vinegar-like smell...
Looking at the label, we discovered that it had been bottled more than half a year.
I didn't realize how much a draft sake deteriorates after half a year, even if the bottle is unopened...
The taste is also undeniably deteriorated, but it is drinkable without any problems. It has a slight melon-like flavor with almost no sweetness. It is easy to drink as it is refreshing and sharp.
I drank it much more smoothly.
There is no doubt that the original is delicious.
I want to revisit Matsumori for this...!
But I didn't know it smelled like this.
I learned a lot.
Sake purchased at a roadside station in Hitachiota on the way back from a little outing for lunch on Tsuma's birthday.
When I opened the bottle at room temperature, I felt a little bit of a strong tang. I chilled it in the fridge for a day and found it easier to drink with its unique sweetness and moderate alcohol content.
By the way, I bought it for the naming and the jackets.
Actually, I have already purchased another bottle, so I'll get to that later.
Even Matsumori is a fairly minor sake, so what is the value of this uramono?
We opened the bottle with a quizzical look on our faces.
Miyamanishiki 55% polished rice grown by local farmers
Vigorous nigori that stirs automatically when the bottle is opened.
Pear and capsule aroma
Refreshing sweetness and acidity
Bitter with a touch of carbonation
Aftertaste is clean and refreshing
A good sake with the spirit of a minor sake
