Last Week of October Event Month
Sake Bar in front of Mito Station
It's warm this year, so it's fun to drink outside at night!
Matsumori's Hiyoroshi Yamadanishiki
Ripe fruit
Firmly sweet like brown sugar
A nice accompaniment for a long night
Polished rice 55
The aroma is sweet with a strong 🍈 flavor.
The color is yellow.
The taste is also sweet. It does not have the sharpness of the original sake, but is full of sweetness. This one seems to be popular.
According to the waiter, it is popular among young women.
I wonder if women who can drink would like it.
It has a strong flavor, so I think I'll get dizzy after drinking it 😆.
Leaving Oarai, we finally started drinking ‼︎
I would have liked to go to the Kashima-Oarai line, but it was difficult in the long-seat cars of the Kashima-Oarai line...
Finally, we entered the Kashima line and started drinking!
Ibaraki's sake is really good 😋.
This Kimonbaya is also sweet and flows smoothly through your mouth!
However, it is not lacking in acidity, and it is the kind of sake that makes you want to keep drinking it 🍶.
The Kashima line took about 15 minutes, but I drank it in that time!
It was a while ago! I was in Ibaraki for the Bon Festival😊There were many sake that looked good, including Morishima, but I had to go around the next day... So I bought this Matsumori, which was labeled as dry, and had it!
The aroma is like banana and bamboo. The aroma is like banana and bamboo, with a hint of cheese. When you drink it, the sweetness is mild and the bitterness comes with a nice sharp taste. I don't dislike this sharp taste 😊.
On the second day, the aroma and overall flavor is more subdued, and it can be drunk quietly! It can also be served as heated sake!
Today we are drinking at Ikkyu.
They have a summer sake, so we will have it with horse sashimi.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity.
It is crisp, yet has the taste of rice.
It envelops the horse sashimi.
It's like a summer sake.
It's good. ☺️
Okabe Brewery's annual summer event
Drink and enjoy "Goyen-date" brewed with Miyamanishiki, which was grown by everyone!
Slight aroma of green apple and pear
Fresh sweetness that is typical of unblended sake.
Well-balanced with astringency and acidity, perfect for drinking while eating!
It goes well with a variety of dishes made with local ingredients, such as yakitori, dumplings, stewed fish, soba noodles, curry, and so on.
Above all, the atmosphere in which everyone enjoys the same sake is a perfect marriage!
It rained like a legendary festival at the end of the party, but it was a fun summer memory!
We are grateful for the connections we made through sake!
