I received this as a gift from someone at work.
Matsumori, a sake I saw at the Tsukuba University festival but could not drink at that time.
It is a local sake of Ibaraki, and you cannot find it in Tokyo.
The aroma was subdued and had a slightly woody feel to it. When I drank it, I found it to be clean, light, dry, and sharp, with a sense of rice.
It had no peculiarities, so it was good as a food sake.

It was a while ago! I was in Ibaraki for the Bon Festival😊There were many sake that looked good, including Morishima, but I had to go around the next day... So I bought this Matsumori, which was labeled as dry, and had it!
