I couldn't stand still and went to Kamikame no Yakata after I got a 20 years aged Hikoson at a famous store in Urawa 😂. There was a 9 year old one and I didn't hesitate to buy it 💖I kept it warm that night and tried it at ♨️ The nutty aroma of ripeness and the spread of umami and sweetness is a big hit 🥜. It's not fluffy, but it's a big bang 💥 but not too dry and gorgeous 🤤 so you want to drink it over and over again. I wish I knew about heated Shinkame earlier 🥺.

This is the first time for me to try the Muteki series 💖 The aroma is not so noticeable, but the taste is light and lactic. The aroma is not so noticeable, but it is lactic acid-like, and while the mouthfeel is light, the umami and bitterness come gradually afterwards, giving a strange sensation of being cut 🎶. Although the alcohol content is low at 13%, the taste that comes after makes you feel like you are drinking sake 🍶. A soft and gentle bottle that will accompany you at any temperature from room temperature to lukewarm 🍶☺️ As the Buddhist scripture says, "If the heavens are calm, you will never be in need", we were filled with the calm blessings of the heavens 🥹.

Daruma-san is always available at my favorite izakaya that serves kusetsu-tsuyo sake 🪆. I bought it with the hope that 3 years of aging would make it a versatile player...? I bought it with high hopes 🍶. As it turns out, it's not so much a versatile sake as it is the best sake when heated lukewarm: ♨️ It has an aroma like caramelized nuts and a rich sweetness that spreads 🥜. It was perfect with gratin or anything warm and creamy in winter 🐄. I think even those who have no experience with aged sake can drink this without any resistance. I think this is a bottle that even those who have never experienced aged sake will be able to enjoy it without hesitation 🍶. I wish I could have photographed it while it was still in its colored contents 😭

My father asked the liquor store he has known for a long time to get a bottle for me 🥹Thank you 🥂. As you can see on the back label, it has a refreshing aroma of kabosu (citrus fruit) 🥂🥂I took a sip and couldn't get enough of the sweet and sour taste of shinmasa 🥴, while the light aftertaste cuts through quickly, so if no one stops me, it will be gone in no time😇 It's always a great drink... 🍶✨

I was so excited that I bought one when I stopped by the Hachishoku Center on my trip to Aomori. I would have loved to enjoy it with the Hachishoku Center's Hamayaki, but I had it on the Shinkansen with the sashimi I had purchased 🚄. The smooth and soft texture and flavor go very well with Aomori sashimi (tuna, etc.) that is well oiled 🤤. I want to explore more Aomori sake 🥹!

This was also purchased on a trip to Nasu. 🚗The price of 1,760 yen for a four-pack of unpressed sake is just too good to be true.... It's a little bit sour, sweet, sour, umami, and astringent, but without any bitterness......isn't it too good? 😳 I had it with oysters and scallops that I got as a shareholder's gift, and it amplified the flavor in my mouth and refreshed me 🦪✨. I wonder if I'll see you next year 🥺.

I happened to stop by a liquor store on my trip to Nasu and miraculously came across 🫶Freshly made Sentori🍏. I knew it was coming, but it was so delicious! It's light and dry in a good way without sacrificing the sweet and sour taste that is typical of Sentori, and you can drink as much as you want 🥴. I opened it in a few days, but if I wasn't careful, I would have finished it in a day 🤤... 🤤. I think I bought it a day after it came in, but I'm glad it's still fresh 🍎.

Haruka was the last one at Shinseki-san. The aroma is fresh and the taste is sweet with a hint of sourness, so the aftertaste is refreshing. So it is easy to match with meals and can also be enjoyed as a stand-alone drink. We had it at the beginning of spring, but it can be enjoyed in summer as well. I wonder if it's the yeast used in the brewery, "Kameyama yeast", that makes it so tasty only in Haruka 🌸.

This one is a classic 😹, minus the Neko label. One year old Aizan seems to be a rarity 🥸. I bought a bottle because it can be stored at room temperature 😙. It's a great sake when warmed up to lukewarm, the sweetness and umami spread gently and softly. ♨️ It's neither cold nor hot, but the lukewarm spread is just right and delicious 🫠. This was the last bottle of heated sake to finish off the season when the weather was getting warmer: ☘️

This is what I think of when I think of "Hiran"! This is actually the second bottle of Kagura ⛩️ that I have purchased. It's a pleasant bottle with a fresh citrus aroma and acidity, while still retaining the Aslan's typical rummy feel 🍋. I used to bring home grilled chicken with sauce to pair with it 🦤. It was my best friend as a sweet and salty lover because it goes well with sweet and salty side dishes 🤝.

Kariho Oshiwo 🥳 is a hard to find sake to finish off a sushi restaurant. I've never seen it outside of this restaurant... 😳 Jun Dai-katsu Heisei 2008 (9 years ago!) Only clean watery and elegant light sweetness despite the aging of the brew, no waste at all and a taste that cuts right through...! I wonder if the reason why it doesn't become a colored sweet aged sake is that it is kept in a cool environment all year round 🤔...! I'm always ordering this when I come here because there are very few similar sakes ✨.

I'm glad to see Nabeshima coming into the 🍣 area from the sushi restaurant again 🥹. It was actually my first time to try Nabeshima's raw sake, but the fruity aroma and sweetness cut through nicely, and it wasn't too strong 💖. It's hard to drink it without getting bored 🥴. I saw a theory that Nama Sake is only shipped from winter to spring, but I wonder if I will be able to find it next year 🥺.

Another bottle of cold sake from a local sushi restaurant 🍾. The Mansaku-no-Hana Kame label means it is made with Kame-no-o sake rice 🐢(now that I think about it). This is a dark and delicious sweet sake with a matured taste 💖. My father, who likes simple ponshu, didn't like it because of its complex taste, but as a lover of matured sake, I found it very drinkable and tasty . I bet it's also good heated 🍶I think I'll buy some for home this winter ⛄️

Very fresh sake at a local sushi restaurant 🍶. The moment you pour it, you can smell the fruity aroma and feel the slightest bit of bubbles on the palate 🫧. It was fresh and tasty even a few days after opening the bottle, so I envy those who could drink it right after opening the bottle 🥹.

Raifuku caught my attention at the liquor store where I met you. It smelled like lychee 7 times more than I imagined. 🏝️ It tastes sweet and has a refreshing acidity like white wine, so I was enjoying it with raw or sauteed white fish 🐟. When you go to Zenkoji Temple, you'll find a sake brewery nearby 🙌! After tasting various sake, I decided to try this nigori-zake, which looked delicious even when heated. The sweetness, acidity, and sake-like flavor are in perfect balance 💖. It is delicious cold, but we enjoyed it warmed up with miso or cheese-based meals 🧀. It has a great creamy texture when heated up. ♨️

I wanted to drink it on the Shinkansen on my way home from a trip to Nagano, so I bought it at Shinshu Kurado, a nice drinking spot at the train station 🍶. It's a Daiginjo with a gorgeous sweetness that I enjoyed by itself as if it were dessert 🍮. It was so easy to drink that I could finish it in spite of the short time I had on the bullet train 🚄✨.

I dropped by Kimishimaya on my way home from work and found Nabe-sama...! I chilled it at home and opened it a few days later 🍾. It's not a draft sake, but it has this sweet and tasty freshness... 🥹. The aftertaste is so refreshing that you can have as many refills as you want 🫶. I'd like to try different Nabesama 🍶🍶.
