The Year of the Rabbit will soon be over, so I decided to open the bottle.

When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is full of bitterness like chocolate.
The mouthfeel is surprisingly mellow and rough, and the taste is very chocolaty.
The balance between sweet and astringent umami and mildness makes it seem that way, and it is a delicious taste that can only be described as chocolate ✨.
It has a unique old sake taste, but I think it is one of the easiest to drink!
And the aftertaste is also choco choco choco... 🍫.
It was the first time for me to buy and drink it properly, but I guess it is delicious because it is from an old sake brewery!
If I see it again, I'll buy it 😌.
