Takashimaya Sake Festival This is the first time for Inatahime. The aroma was not so strong, but the taste of rice came out in a mild flavor, and the mouthfeel was very pleasant. It was delicious 😁.

I decided to make a last spurt to conquer the whole country 🤣Tottori and Shimane, I don't get to see them very often so I popped a bottle 😂I'm opening it all at once👍. First, Inatahime‼️. The name is "Gouriki rice". The name sounds powerful😁. The flavor comes fast and furious! The sweetness is only slightly perceptible and the sharpness finishes quickly😋. When you drink it with octopus wassa, the sweetness also appears and it is delicious👍.

The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival ⑫ Inata Hime's booth. ◉IKU'S SHIRO A strange sake made at one level that you can't help but drink when you find it. This time, it was surprisingly refreshingly sweet and sour. It seems less sweet than before. ◉Top Mizuharai Junmai Sake Named after General Heihachiro Togo. It is often sold at restaurants in Yonago, but this label is said to be almost unheard of in Tottori Prefecture. It is made from Gohyakumangoku rice. Aromatic and robust sake with a rich grain flavor and full-bodied taste. ◉Inatahime Junmai Ginjo 55 Gorikimai Slightly sweet, bitter, and astringent, but with a strong umami flavor and a solid feel. ◉Inatahime Junmai Ginjo Strong Nama Fresh and fresh, with a slightly chocolaty flavor. It has a strong umami taste and is delicious. The Tottori Sake booth was a continuation of the other booths, and both of them changed my image of Tottori Sake as a heated sake.

The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival Umaisan wanted to go to Inatahime, so we went to the Inada Honten booth. We drank Junmai Ginjo Inatahime Strong It was my first time to drink hi-ire, and although it was not fresh, the taste was less peculiar and more refreshing than the draft. Junmai Ginjo Inatahime Strong Nama Nama This is the raw version of the first sake we drank. It has a slightly unique flavor that is both fruity and peculiar. I've been writing the same thing for the past 2 times😅. Inadahime Super-harsh Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu It is easy to drink even though it says "super-harsh," and has a strong umami flavor and richness. Top Mizuharai Junmai Sake This sake is for the local market and was named by Heihachiro Togo. I think the label also says it was named by Togo. It has a classic, but gentle and relaxing taste that gives a good impression. They also have Top Suitai Josen, which I'm more interested in 🤔. I met Mr. Lutemi when I was browsing in the basement sake shop after leaving the venue 😁. The end
