Next is Drunken 😊.
This is my first time to try this sake😊.
I heard that it is shipped to two stores in Iwate Prefecture, and I was impressed that they were able to get it ✨✨✨.
Well, the taste is a refreshing acidity and firm flavor, it's a delicious sake 😁.
It's good to drink with a meal 😊.
Expedition & Train Sake. A bottle of "Special Junmai Namaisake" from Iwate's "Drunken Sen" was opened.
It is light and crisp on the palate. It has a beautiful flavor that is perfect for the sweaty weather. I am sipping it in the car, but I think I would drink it in gulps if it were served with food.
It is a bottle that I could feel the real pleasure of train sake. Delicious ❗️
Good morning, Jay & Nobby!
It's nice to enjoy the scenery that flows through the windows of a drinking train 🚃.
We hope you'll join us on your drinking train journey~❗️
Tasting at Hankyu Department Store (4)
The booth of Drunken Sen.
I had a chance to talk with the brewer about sake rice and other topics.
The sake was a special junmai Iwate sake.
The acidity is typical of junmai sake. It also has a nutty taste.
Junmai Ginjo
This sake is made with Yui no Aroma. It seems to be the best-selling one. It has a fruity taste with a sake degree of +/- 0 or so. The sweetness of glucose can be felt well.
Daiginjo.
This one also uses Yui no Aroma. Beautiful concentrated flavor.
Yamadanishiki is still quite expensive, and it seems that more and more breweries are actively using local sake brewing rice.
Good evening, Wakata-san 🌛I do the Hanshin ↔ Hankyu department store haggling every time I go 🤣I also make the tasting event an event to promote the new Sake no Wa group 😁I enjoy this event because I can talk with the brewers 😆.
It felt light at the moment of drinking, but the aftertaste was robust. According to the taste map on the official website, it is in the dry and thick category. It tastes good cold or at room temperature.
