Daruma Masamune's 20 year old sake
Complex aroma of deep colors like caramel, chocolate, raisins and coffee
The taste is a little sweet at first, but complex flavors such as astringency and bitterness come out later, and it is not at all like a dessert as I thought it would be!
It tastes more like a special sauce than a liquor.
Well, I think it's great, but I'm not sure if it tastes good.
I guess I'm too inexperienced to enjoy this flavor.
Sweet and sour, cold and room temperature 211110
Tastes like a ooey-gooey Shaoxing sake
Blended with Junmai sake from the year of the rabbit
The picture on the label is indescribable
Rigel and I had a drink at Ueno 😆.
We drank some rare ones like Jikin and Genmai, but this one was the most impressive 😋.
My first Daruma Masamune: ‼️
It was a beautiful caramel color, with the aroma, sweetness, and deep flavor that only an aged sake can have, yet with a fairly refreshing aftertaste. ✌️
There was also a set of obanzai for two, which was a great way to enjoy a variety of dishes at once. ❤️
Also, I personally enjoyed the Oroku Hata hot sake 🍶The unique flavor of the sake becomes thicker and is very good to drink. ‼️ Then, as the sake cools down, the flavor disappears and it becomes easier to drink.
Good evening, Choroki-san 🌆I recommend heating it up if you like the unique peculiarity of Ohroku 😋 Well, I guess people who like that would buy Ohroku 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. Manachie😄
I haven't had Oroku for a long time 🎶.
I haven't been able to drink it since it was recommended to me by everyone at Sake no Wawa 💦.
I like it lol
T.KISO, good evening 🌇Restrictions on distributors for Ohroku are so strong that if you don't have one near you, you won't be drinking it for a while 🤣Ya◯ is good 😋 but it may be a bit expensive for the degree of rice polishing 🤣.
This is a blend of sake that has been made and stored in the year of the Snake for over 50 years.
It is already brown in color and has a distinctive caramel-like smell! Sweet! Strong habit! I love it!
Somehow I had recorded it as metaphysical now... shame on me...
Fujiki Shoten
15% body weight, 70% polished rice, -7% sake alcohol content
A sweet junmai sake with the chewy rice sweetness of Hatsushimo.
It was easy to drink but did not taste that great.
Conversely, it may be a sake that goes well with a variety of dishes.
Daruma Masamune 3 years old
It was served hot.
Because it was hot, it had a sweetness to it, but at the same time, it was a cup of sake that felt like sake.
