Tasted and purchased at Umeda Hankyu. Sake from the Drunken Sake Brewery.
It seems to be a terroir-like sake.
It is delicious with a little bit of gasiness and both fruity and rice flavor.
Once the gas disappears, the fruity taste disappears and the umami flavor takes center stage. I don't feel much spiciness.
I wasn't sure whether to register it as Tagata, but the cap was Drunken Sen, so I registered it as Drunken Sen.
