Drinking with my wife on our wedding anniversary last week, when we visited Tsushima Tsuru at the Metropolitan Morioka New Wing (laughs).
Next up was a Hiyoroshi (Hiyori) Junmai Harazake by Drunken Sen.
It's a refreshingly dry sake.
The description says to enjoy the mellow flavor, but that's just my personal opinion... (^_^;)
Good with sashimi!
