A drinking friend of mine wanted to drink a bottle of Takezuru by Toshi Ishikawa, who has moved to Tsuki no I. So I agreed to accompany him. We had it heated. The first aroma is like a matured Shaoxing sake. The first sip had a matured Shaoxing sake-like aroma, and the second had a mildly sweet taste with a Shaoxing sake-like acidity and umami. The sweetness is still there, but it's the kind of fully fermented sake that you can drink while eating snacks. It was delicious 🍶✨.

I've been saving it for over 2 years because it's my favorite brand, but I've decided to open it up. I'm going to enjoy changing the flavor slowly from here ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it in, the aroma is like sweet baked sweets like sponge cake or kawara senbei. The mouthfeel is round and robust. It is round and robust on the palate, with a punch of spiciness and a tangy sourness. It also has a rich, thick flavor and a sweetness that spreads gradually. The balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and bitter is exquisite, not just strong and heavy, and the taste has a wide range of deep flavors, including a confectionery, grain, and rice feel! This is the second brand that has really caught my attention after "Akagisan," and I am very happy with it. It is a bit pricey, but I would like to try the sake made from the original sake yeast if I see it 😌.

Rice used: Sasanishiki, Dewa Kirari, and Miyamanishiki grown in Yamagata Prefecture. I found this in a grab bag at a liquor store in my neighborhood, which has become a regular feature for me. It's not a great deal in terms of price, but I look forward to it because it contains brands that I don't usually buy. This one has the sourness that is typical of a traditional sake brewery, but when you drink it lightly, it is refreshing, and as you continue to drink it, the sweetness comes slowly. As the day goes by, the sweetness will increase even more. The sharpness is not that great, but it is not overpowering either, making it a good all-around sake. The price is less than 1,000 yen without tax, but I️ think it's quite competent.

Niigata Prefecture. Nagaoka City. Kashiwa Rou Sake Brewery Co. Kashiwaroh Fireworks 3㌥ in a stylish slim bottle purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA. Second fermentation in the bottle with a low alcohol content of 8%. Serve cold. When I opened the bottle, I heard a sizzling sound and saw fine bubbles rising from the bottom of the bottle, so I immediately poured it into a glass. After pouring it into the glass, the bubbles continued to rise, and there was a pool of bubbles on the rim of the water. The top aroma was a slight koji aroma and a slightly sweet aroma. The color is a light cloudy with a slight yellowish tinge. The mouthfeel is fizzy, like a lively chamomile. After swallowing, a citrus aroma escapes into the nose, leaving behind a lactic acidity, sourness, and sweetness on the tongue. The aftertaste is followed by sweetness. It is easy to drink like a juice, and although it feels sweet, it is surprisingly well-balanced as it is a junmai sake and is still delicious 😋. I wish some of the big low alcohols had a fizzy feel... #Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house. The famous sake from Yoshino, Nara, Shojo no Oni👹san series❣️. The founder of Shugendo, Yakushokaku, was served by a couple of demons: the husband demon was Zendo Oni (the former demon) and the wife was Myodo Oni (the latter demon). This is the first time I bought a sake named after that Zendo Oni 😆. I was originally under the impression that Shoto was a fruity, easy-drinking sake, but this Zendo Oni is so rich and full-bodied that it is hard to believe it is a Jungin of Gohyakumangoku 😳. It has a nice melon feeling and a full-bodied flavor reminiscent of Tamagawa❣️. By the third day, the ripe fruit-like sweetness is added, and the unique flavor is irresistible 😇 I'm enjoying it chippy, chippy, chippy😇 All that crosses our path are demons 👹. But if it's demons like this, I want to see them again. I wonder if his wife will be the next demon (not my wife 😅)
