I failed to buy it last season, but this season I bought it successfully. I paired it with a pot of Hinai Jidori chicken because the seri over New Year's Eve was so delicious. It was a delicious sake with just the right amount of bitterness at the end from the sweet and fizzy taste.

A gift from my cousin. It is said that the name is Yamama (Yanmar), imitating a farm machinery manufacturer in response to Kubota, and from there this Yamayo (Yanbo). It seems there is also a Marbo. The unique flavor was impressive and delicious.

Gift from my brother. It was my first brand. It was a reasonably priced nodoguro. It is completely different from Chiyonomikari. It was a good sake, not only light but also with a strong umami flavor. I was glad to know that my hometown, Niigata, is also working on various things.

I bought this sake because the first time I drank Suitama in the spring was delicious. It was a very good sake, moderately dry with a lingering umami flavor. It went well with the main dish of stewed pork cubes.
