At home. First Tottori. The label is very historical. The aroma is the sake, but when you put it in your mouth, it is gentle. It has a strong alcoholic and dry taste in the nose, a bitter taste in the throat, and a smooth finish. I've heard that it's best served hot, so I think I'll give it a try.

According to the information on the back label, it's recommended to drink it hot or warm, but I had it cold this time. The aroma was as dobroku-like as it looked, but the true nature of the beer was crisp and dry. While rolling it around in your mouth, it has the same dobroku feeling as the image, but the moment you swallow it, it's so dry! It's a gap between the two. Today we had the pleasure of visiting a new restaurant in Esaka, Sake Noodles and Udon Udon Kan. It's a sister restaurant to the popular Kakitsubata, which is just around the corner. I was very impressed with the quality of the food served. The atmosphere and service were great, and the food was all delicious. .......... I remembered that it was still Tuesday, so I left the restaurant with a bowl of udon to finish off my meal.

And the second aged sake is Benten Musume. The aroma is the same as the first one. The mouthfeel is also rich in flavor, but it is lighter than Akishika. The aftertaste is also very similar, with a full-bodied sense of sake, but it ends relatively lightly with a light acidity. The appetizers were duck ham, Matsumae pickles, and pickles, all of which were excellent. Thank you for the meal!

It is labeled "No. 11 Daughter," but I couldn't figure out what the number was. I am a little dissatisfied. 100% local Wakasakura-machi rice Polishing ratio 75 Sake meter reading +8 Alcohol 15%.

Gatasho
100% Tottori sake rice "Goryoku" is used. It has a sake strength of +14, but it is very gentle in spite of that. I had it warmed up, but there is no twang and the sweetness of the rice can be felt. It goes well with grilled dishes.

*This was given to us by a liquor store as a sample of aged aroma. The liquor store also received it as a sample from the brewer. It was aged for one year in the store after it was given to us and has an aroma similar to that of takuan (pickled radish). The sake has a flavor similar to that of takuan (pickled radish). Cold sake It smells like pickles, like something you would find in your grandma's kitchen in the countryside. This is the aroma of takuan (pickled radish). The aroma is not my favorite lineage. The aroma becomes stronger as the sake goes from chilled to room temperature. The taste is light and smooth, with a whisky-like aroma in the mouth and on the nose. The aftertaste is chestnut-like. Warmed sake (50°C) When heated, the sweetness comes out and the bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. The chestnut-like aftertaste of the cold sake has disappeared. I think I liked the chestnut aftertaste of the cold sake.
