At home. First Tottori. The label is very historical. The aroma is the sake, but when you put it in your mouth, it is gentle. It has a strong alcoholic and dry taste in the nose, a bitter taste in the throat, and a smooth finish. I've heard that it's best served hot, so I think I'll give it a try.

According to the information on the back label, it's recommended to drink it hot or warm, but I had it cold this time. The aroma was as dobroku-like as it looked, but the true nature of the beer was crisp and dry. While rolling it around in your mouth, it has the same dobroku feeling as the image, but the moment you swallow it, it's so dry! It's a gap between the two. Today we had the pleasure of visiting a new restaurant in Esaka, Sake Noodles and Udon Udon Kan. It's a sister restaurant to the popular Kakitsubata, which is just around the corner. I was very impressed with the quality of the food served. The atmosphere and service were great, and the food was all delicious. .......... I remembered that it was still Tuesday, so I left the restaurant with a bowl of udon to finish off my meal.

And the second aged sake is Benten Musume. The aroma is the same as the first one. The mouthfeel is also rich in flavor, but it is lighter than Akishika. The aftertaste is also very similar, with a full-bodied sense of sake, but it ends relatively lightly with a light acidity. The appetizers were duck ham, Matsumae pickles, and pickles, all of which were excellent. Thank you for the meal!

I bought it during Golden Week and opened it today. It has no sweetness at all and a dry aftertaste. When I roll it around in my mouth, there is a slight fruitiness, but the dryness is overwhelmingly dominant. I think it is best to drink it with a side dish. Today, I drank it alone without any snacks.

The label specifies heating. I had imagined a classic heated sake, but the dry umami flavor came first, but the aftertaste was very refreshing and elegant, which is in contrast to the strong rice used to make this sake. Very tasty.

First time in Tottori. An acquaintance recommended it to me and I bought it at a nearby department store.... As it turns out, it was my least favorite type 😭. It was thick like Shaoxing wine, yet not too sweet, no sharpness. The smell is like shiitake mushrooms. More like "that smell" I've smelled many times, mainly in India. You know, the smell of underground wells and cave temples.... This brewery seems to make a sake that is suitable for heating up, and perhaps it was my fault for drinking such a thing at room temperature. I am sure it would taste wonderful if it were heated up. But we don't have a microwave oven. I guess I didn't have much luck with this brand. I feel bad for the acquaintance who recommended it to me.

Delicious warmed up! The aroma of maturity is strong but the mouthfeel is surprisingly light 😳It's not enough 😅I wonder if it's because it's a fast brewing 🧐The graininess is solid! Next time, I want to try the sake made from the yeast yeast! I'd like to try the raw one next time!

Purchased at Funabashi Tobu. The label on the back of the bottle says that it should be enjoyed as a warmed sake. Although it has a sake strength of 7, it is a thick, colorful sake with a distinctive rice sweetness. It is a good sake to be served with dishes that are rich and strong. It can be served with dishes such as black beans or kelp rolls.
