At home. First Tottori. The label is very historical. The aroma is the sake, but when you put it in your mouth, it is gentle. It has a strong alcoholic and dry taste in the nose, a bitter taste in the throat, and a smooth finish. I've heard that it's best served hot, so I think I'll give it a try.

According to the information on the back label, it's recommended to drink it hot or warm, but I had it cold this time. The aroma was as dobroku-like as it looked, but the true nature of the beer was crisp and dry. While rolling it around in your mouth, it has the same dobroku feeling as the image, but the moment you swallow it, it's so dry! It's a gap between the two. Today we had the pleasure of visiting a new restaurant in Esaka, Sake Noodles and Udon Udon Kan. It's a sister restaurant to the popular Kakitsubata, which is just around the corner. I was very impressed with the quality of the food served. The atmosphere and service were great, and the food was all delicious. .......... I remembered that it was still Tuesday, so I left the restaurant with a bowl of udon to finish off my meal.

And the second aged sake is Benten Musume. The aroma is the same as the first one. The mouthfeel is also rich in flavor, but it is lighter than Akishika. The aftertaste is also very similar, with a full-bodied sense of sake, but it ends relatively lightly with a light acidity. R3BY It is colored with wild golden yellow. The fragrance is difficult to find. I really like the aroma. Tropical fruits, black tea, green grass, milk and minerals. Maybe some caramel? Anyway, it smells good. Even at room temperature, it's delicious with a caramelized sweetness. Sweetness, astringent acidity, bitterness and minerals. It tastes good, but it also makes you itch to warm it up. Warm it up. Umama-no-Uma-Uma-Uma-Uma-Uma-Uma-Uma-Uma-Uma. Umah, 🐎. I love it. It's got a deep, umami flavor, but there's also a refreshing nuance to it, so it's not heavy. I think it needs to be heated up! I think it tastes better if you heat it up a lot. Benten Musume has an image of being inconsistent, but this is delicious! It's not special, but it's special. It makes everyday meals taste even better.

I drank a sake made by Tamakae before, but compared to it, Gohyakumangoku comes in quickly and has a short aftertaste. But, as is typical of Bentenmusume, it is very rich and full-bodied.

Participating in an event called "Young Dawn" in Otemachi It was hot but nice to drink outside Maybe it was my imagination, but there were many breweries serving heated sake. Tamagawa, Tomirei, Okuharima, Tsuki no I, etc. An endless loop of cold sake to refresh the palate between heated sake! I drank sake from so many breweries It's too much trouble to keep track of them all. I'll try the aged sake of Benten Musume, which left a strong impression on me. Made with locally produced Tamakae sake I think it was H28BY Sipped hot at 80 degrees Celsius while letting it cool down. The aroma of assured maturity and the flavor that spreads in the mouth. The brewer's face relaxed unintentionally, and the brewer smiled when he saw it! This is the best part of an event in which the brewer participates! The sweetness is moderate, and the taste is more refreshing and crisp than expected. It makes me want to eat nukazuke pickles and sushi. Many of the breweries were new to me. Thank you for a very enjoyable time!
