At home. First Tottori. The label is very historical. The aroma is the sake, but when you put it in your mouth, it is gentle. It has a strong alcoholic and dry taste in the nose, a bitter taste in the throat, and a smooth finish. I've heard that it's best served hot, so I think I'll give it a try.

According to the information on the back label, it's recommended to drink it hot or warm, but I had it cold this time. The aroma was as dobroku-like as it looked, but the true nature of the beer was crisp and dry. While rolling it around in your mouth, it has the same dobroku feeling as the image, but the moment you swallow it, it's so dry! It's a gap between the two. Today we had the pleasure of visiting a new restaurant in Esaka, Sake Noodles and Udon Udon Kan. It's a sister restaurant to the popular Kakitsubata, which is just around the corner. I was very impressed with the quality of the food served. The atmosphere and service were great, and the food was all delicious. .......... I remembered that it was still Tuesday, so I left the restaurant with a bowl of udon to finish off my meal.

And the second aged sake is Benten Musume. The aroma is the same as the first one. The mouthfeel is also rich in flavor, but it is lighter than Akishika. The aftertaste is also very similar, with a full-bodied sense of sake, but it ends relatively lightly with a light acidity. The appetizers were duck ham, Matsumae pickles, and pickles, all of which were excellent. Thank you for the meal!

When you take a sip, it has a light sweet aroma like cotton candy, The first sip is a light cotton-candy sweet aroma, followed by rice juice. Surprisingly, the sweetness is moderate, and the rice flavor is dry and light. From the second sip, the rice flavor comes through. The acidity is also strong, but the impression is well-balanced. However, the mouthfeel is flat and light from start to finish. It is delicious. My favorite level ☆4/5

Purchased at liquor store Benten Musume after a long time Hot sake warms you up when it's cold 🍶. at a low temperature Nutty aroma Gentle acidity Dry aftertaste that I think of as dry, with a lingering aftertaste that quickly disappears. As the label on the back of the bottle says, it should be served hot. The flavor expands quickly and instantly. The aftertaste is short just like the hiya. We definitely recommend heating it up!

It is mainly acidic with a quiet sweetness. The bitterness is not too strong, so while it has a complex flavor, it is easy to drink. Warm it up. It's beautiful, so it's better to serve it a little lukewarm or with a lot of heat. If it is lukewarm, the volume of sweetness will increase, making it easy to drink and relaxing, and if it is warmed up, it will have a more complex flavor, but it will still be easy to drink. I prefer it when it's turned up to full strength.

Izakaya Monorail Tottori Sake 2️⃣ Today we were paired with Tottori Ate bento including Oyama Chicken, but the best Ate was Rakkyo from Tottori Sand Dunes😇! This was paired with this one 😀. There was nothing on the bottle, but it was my favorite nigori sake 😇. It was a delicious nigori with the flavor of rice spreading on the palate 😀. I hope this sake will be part of the winter nigorinpic sake selection 😀. Of course this was my first time drinking it too 🤣.

In business for 13 years. The owner and the owner of the yakitori shop next door are husband and wife. The yakitori shop is for people who want to drink quietly. This stew shop is for those who want to drink while making noise with others. I order a bottle of Seiko Matsuda. The sake is easy to drink, but it's dangerous. It's dangerous that it's so easy to drink. The proprietress just had a baby four months ago. So the restaurant is closed before the child cries at night. We eat a bowl of stewed pork and potato salad with baby sardines. The tastes of the tsukimotsu are very tender and the potato salad is soft to the touch, and the taste of the proprietress's sake makes you drink more sake. When I stand in the bathroom, I see a colored paper from the late-night diner. It was a night that touched the charm of Ogikubo.
