I first had this sake at a toast festival in Nagoya and bought it for drinking at home.
Strong rice is a rice suitable for sake brewing used mainly in Tottori Prefecture, and it is a San'in sake with a lot of flavor and is suitable for warming sake. 🍶.
It has a nice sharpness and is especially recommended to be heated to the brim. 😋😋😋😋
4 Years Aged
Cold Sake
Aroma like Shaoxing wine
No sourness
Mild, with a Shaoxing-like aroma that lingers in the nose, but is not overpowering.
The taste is not as strong as the aroma, and the aftertaste is refreshing.
Warmed sake
Liquid color is a little yellow
Aroma is like Shaoxing wine, with a strong alcohol taste on the tongue.
Not too sweet, but the aroma is very strong.
Slightly lingering bitterness
Benten daughter
Very cold. Drinking warm sake.
At room temperature, it has a unique smell of aged sake, but when warmed up, it has a gentle aroma like wood and reminds me of the scenery of Wakazakura. It is as refreshing as water. It tastes best at a slightly cooled temperature.
Purchased at a sake brewery. Wakazakura Town, Tottori Prefecture.
For better or worse, the town is not overly developed and has a quaint old-fashioned atmosphere. The town seems to have a thriving forestry industry, and the scent of trees wafts through the air.
When I told them that I had never seen Benten Musume in Nagano Prefecture, they told me that there was a store in Matsumoto that sold it. I was told that there was a store in Matsumoto that handled Benten-musume. I am sorry. I will buy new sake when it comes out.
Dry, hot sake, the standard for heated sake. It is my personal No. 1 heated sake.
In winter, I always get a bottle of 1800 and drink it in a Koizumi sake heater. I'm happy to sip it with oden, surume (dried squid roe), and fish cakes.
Let's warm up with heated sake again tonight ③.
It's made with the same strong brewing power as the 14th Musume, but
This sake is made with the same high strength as No. 14 Musume, but without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
The alcohol content is 12 degrees.
Let's warm up with heated sake again tonight!
Like the bentenmusume sake we had the other day
The sake here is very particular about the rice.
It's not flashy, but you can savor it slowly.
Benten Musume There were four different types of rice, but I bought the Tamakae. As the label says, it is a fully heated sake. I tried it first in the hiya, but I felt that I liked the cup of Benten Musume better. When heated, it has less acidity than the cup, and you can enjoy the rice and the traditional sake taste. It has a nice complex flavor. The label is also austere.
I bought some at a roadside station in Yagami County at the end of November, but it was already snowing a week later. I drank a long time ago, also from Tottori! It is a yellowish sake like the one I had a long time ago, also from Tottori. Impactful acidity, bitterness and sake-like taste. Flavor! The acidity is a bit lighter than the Flavor! When heated, the acidity mellows out and it tastes good, but it's still very peculiar.
deep golden yellow
Tea, brown sugar, mushrooms, tobacco, ripe fruit. Aromas of the area.
Full-bodied sweetness and acidity. Bitterness and astringency are softer than expected.
Warm it up.
Mild sweetness and relaxed flavor. Smooth texture and rich flavor permeate the entire body.
Surprisingly tasty at room temperature. But it is best served heated. It is recommended to drink it hot.
