Let's warm up with heated sake again tonight ③.
It's made with the same strong brewing power as the 14th Musume, but
This sake is made with the same high strength as No. 14 Musume, but without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
The alcohol content is 12 degrees.
Let's warm up with heated sake again tonight!
Like the bentenmusume sake we had the other day
The sake here is very particular about the rice.
It's not flashy, but you can savor it slowly.
Benten Musume There were four different types of rice, but I bought the Tamakae. As the label says, it is a fully heated sake. I tried it first in the hiya, but I felt that I liked the cup of Benten Musume better. When heated, it has less acidity than the cup, and you can enjoy the rice and the traditional sake taste. It has a nice complex flavor. The label is also austere.
I bought some at a roadside station in Yagami County at the end of November, but it was already snowing a week later. I drank a long time ago, also from Tottori! It is a yellowish sake like the one I had a long time ago, also from Tottori. Impactful acidity, bitterness and sake-like taste. Flavor! The acidity is a bit lighter than the Flavor! When heated, the acidity mellows out and it tastes good, but it's still very peculiar.
deep golden yellow
Tea, brown sugar, mushrooms, tobacco, ripe fruit. Aromas of the area.
Full-bodied sweetness and acidity. Bitterness and astringency are softer than expected.
Warm it up.
Mild sweetness and relaxed flavor. Smooth texture and rich flavor permeate the entire body.
Surprisingly tasty at room temperature. But it is best served heated. It is recommended to drink it hot.
R2BY Date of manufacture 7.7
It has been 5 years since it was made.
The color is like that.
It is very sour at room temperature.
When warmed up, it becomes mildly sour and sweet!
It is labeled "No. 11 Daughter," but I couldn't figure out what the number was.
I am a little dissatisfied.
100% local Wakasakura-machi rice
Polishing ratio 75
Sake meter reading +8
Alcohol 15%.
100% Tottori sake rice "Goryoku" is used.
It has a sake strength of +14, but it is very gentle in spite of that.
I had it warmed up, but there is no twang and the sweetness of the rice can be felt.
It goes well with grilled dishes.
