Asahikiku Daichi✨It's a sake that's only available at retailers 🤗I bought it because I fell in love with the name~!
So I opened the bottle! The elegant aroma of Yamadanishiki (☺️) is truly elegant! The elegant sweetness spreads in the mouth, and as you swallow it, a beautiful and delicate bitterness comes in and finishes it off. This is truly a sake for a mealtime drink. I have had it with chanchan-yaki (grilled salmon), and it melts the fat of the salmon!
And it goes perfectly with chilled tofu 👍Sashimi would be good too! I don't have any today!

On September 29, my friends and I participated in AND SAKE FUKUOKA for the first time!
An annual event where Fukuoka's sake breweries gather.
I didn't get any pictures of the sake we drank because of the crowd😅.
I personally liked Hana no Dew's original sparkling sake for the event 😋.
I bought Asahi Kiku at the liquor store 🍶 which I couldn't drink at the venue.
At room temperature.
It is soft and easy to drink.
More of a dry taste

More umami than at room temperature
The aftertaste is sharp and clean.

I had a little drink at a restaurant where I sometimes go for lunch hamo-tendon when hamo is in season.
It was hot outside, but not sunny 🍶, so I heated it up.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of rice straw and grain.
In the mouth, mild acidity is followed by mild rice flavor and sweetness with a hint of mirin and caramel.
It is a completely different sake from the current trend, but this kind of sake is also good.
When I was sipping it, it reminded me of the Asahi Kiku brewery surrounded by rice paddies and fields 😌.
I have a lot of bias for memories 😂.
It's also very cosy, about 2500 yen for a bottle.
Maybe I'll buy a bottle when it gets cooler 🤔.
