Like Kikutaka, it is no longer sold. Mie Nishiki Light Nigori, which has been sold out like Kikutaka. We procured this sake, which had been stored in ice temperature for eight years, from a well-known liquor store. Wow, this is impressive 😀. The shwashiness is still there even after 8 years. The sweetness and acidity overflows, and the bitterness characteristic of Mie Nishiki's light cloudy taste creates a lingering aftertaste. Mie Nishiki makes you feel the bitterness is delicious. Oh, this, this, I used to love Mie Nishiki. The flow of time gives the taste a mellowness, and it has both freshness and maturity, two contradictory elements. It is delicious, deeply delicious. It was the night I vowed to drink this one again, little by little, over the course of a year.
