Takekizuru, famous for its whiskey
sake first.
There are preconceived notions, but it is similar to whisky
Interesting sake with astringency, spiciness and sweetness
Best with Miso-soaked Cream Cheese
I had never been able to get my hands on a bottle of Takekutsuru because of the image of heated or aged sake, but I bought a bottle of draft.
It's probably quite dry, but it's not sweet, and it has a melon-like flavor that makes it easier to drink than I expected. I felt that the flavor broadened as the temperature went up a bit.
I'm going to try heating it up soon 🍶.
I think it tastes better when it's heated up, the acidity is more pronounced, but the spiciness is also more pronounced.
It's hard to say which is better 🤔.
I thought it was spicy, but when I compare it to Issokusenzan, Issokusenzan tastes sweeter.
8 points (Wife: 8 points)
Rice used: Hachitan-Nishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 70
Alcohol: 16-17 degrees
Sake degree: +8
Acidity: 1.8
Soft rice malt top-drinker
The same aroma as the first saké, a slight sweetness spreads gradually with a slight acidity, and a slight bitterness and a rather strong alcohol spiciness.
It is like a sweet sake with less sweetness, but the spiciness of the alcohol makes it easy to drink.
It is easy to pair with both meat and fish, and is delicious on its own as well, with the richness of the rice.
This is a souvenir of Hiroshima from my son.
The shop owner recommended me to buy it because I can enjoy the taste of the brewing year.
The shopkeeper recommended me to buy it for him.
It is amber in color and has a deep, nutty, nutty sake-like flavor.
The flavor was enhanced when warmed to lukewarm.
I liked it best when drunk in a wooden sake cup, as the aroma spread out.
Hello, Lutherthemi ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
You are a very filial son who gets advice from the store owner and buys souvenirs ✨.
Is this sake cup supervised by Mr. Kazuhiko Ota?
Good evening, Mr. Jive. ☺️
It seems that my son knows how to get his mother in a good mood 🤣Mr. Jive. This is a gift from my husband, supervised by Mr. Kazuhiko Ota.
It is a sake cup that you can enjoy the taste of 😁.
The fourth drink was Takezuru from Takehara, Hiroshima Prefecture.
This one was as yellow as beer.
This one was also served warm.
It has a strong rice flavor and is very peculiar.
It also had a slight whisky-like flavor, perhaps due to its name.
It was delicious!
