さなD
Rice used: Sasanishiki, Dewa Kirari, and Miyamanishiki grown in Yamagata Prefecture.
I found this in a grab bag at a liquor store in my neighborhood, which has become a regular feature for me.
It's not a great deal in terms of price, but I look forward to it because it contains brands that I don't usually buy.
This one has the sourness that is typical of a traditional sake brewery, but when you drink it lightly, it is refreshing, and as you continue to drink it, the sweetness comes slowly.
As the day goes by, the sweetness will increase even more.
The sharpness is not that great, but it is not overpowering either, making it a good all-around sake.
The price is less than 1,000 yen without tax, but I️ think it's quite competent.
