Asahikiku荒走り純米生原酒
まつちよ
This is Asahi Kiku Arahashiri, a Fukuoka souvenir 🍶.
It's in a nice looking bottle, but it seems that during the new sake season, Fukuoka's sake is often served in these stoppered bottles.
I thought it was nice because it can be corked tightly so it is easy to reuse.
The initial aroma is slightly sweet, like cooked rice.
In the mouth, it has a mild sweet flavor with a slight astringency.
It finishes with a slight bitterness.
The astringency was a bit strong, but the sake was delicious with a calm and full flavor typical of Asahi Kiku ✨.
