The fourth glass was my first sake, Miyako Bijin The fourth glass was a freshly squeezed, light nigori sake of Miyako Bijin, which is a first for me. It is silky, sweet and bitter (with a weak bitterness). Silky, sweet and bitter (with a weak bitterness). Like Kikutaka, it is no longer sold. Mie Nishiki Light Nigori, which has been sold out like Kikutaka. We procured this sake, which had been stored in ice temperature for eight years, from a well-known liquor store. Wow, this is impressive 😀. The shwashiness is still there even after 8 years. The sweetness and acidity overflows, and the bitterness characteristic of Mie Nishiki's light cloudy taste creates a lingering aftertaste. Mie Nishiki makes you feel the bitterness is delicious. Sakemonogatari in Kansai(*) It is a hiyaoroshi of honjozo with a slightly sweet taste and a sense of grain! It is well balanced, probably because it is a honjozo. I would definitely like to drink it with an appetizer! This year, we are only participating in outdoor events because we are still afraid of the new koro, but I think it is very nice to drink under the blue sky!

A drinking friend of mine wanted to drink a bottle of Takezuru by Toshi Ishikawa, who has moved to Tsuki no I. So I agreed to accompany him. We had it heated. The first aroma is like a matured Shaoxing sake. The first sip had a matured Shaoxing sake-like aroma, and the second had a mildly sweet taste with a Shaoxing sake-like acidity and umami. The sweetness is still there, but it's the kind of fully fermented sake that you can drink while eating snacks. It was delicious 🍶✨.

I've been saving it for over 2 years because it's my favorite brand, but I've decided to open it up. I'm going to enjoy changing the flavor slowly from here ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it in, the aroma is like sweet baked sweets like sponge cake or kawara senbei. The mouthfeel is round and robust. It is round and robust on the palate, with a punch of spiciness and a tangy sourness. It also has a rich, thick flavor and a sweetness that spreads gradually. The balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and bitter is exquisite, not just strong and heavy, and the taste has a wide range of deep flavors, including a confectionery, grain, and rice feel! This is the second brand that has really caught my attention after "Akagisan," and I am very happy with it. It is a bit pricey, but I would like to try the sake made from the original sake yeast if I see it 😌.

This sake was tasted at the Kobe Hankyu event and made a good impression, and was highly praised by Nemuchi-san. A liquor store in my neighborhood became a special distributor, but I was wondering why they didn't carry this sake.
