A well-balanced Junmai-shu of the royal road. The sweetness of rice spreads, with a subtle scent of cedar and moderate acidity. It finishes with a dryness that is matched by bitterness.
This sake was tasted at the Kobe Hankyu event and made a good impression, and was highly praised by Nemuchi-san.
