Fuji spring water is gushing out from the pond in the precincts of the shrine.
It is sweet and fruity, but as usual, I cannot tell what kind of fruit it is.
It is also astringent and Japanese fruit-like.

Purchase of a Sake Brewery
This is the third bottle of Shizuoka sake.
There were many brands with "Nishiki" in the name, so I continued to drink them.
When I asked for a sweet sake, I was told that Shizuoka sake is dry, and this was recommended among them.
He recommended this one, which he said was made by an accidental addition of yeast from the brewery and aged to taste like white wine.
When I tried it, I found that it really tasted like a white wine with its acidity and sweetness.
I would love to drink it again, but since it was created by accident, I doubt I will ever be able to drink it again.

He said, "It is said that it is better to polish rice to 70 or 80% for daiginjo, but we do it this way," and for nama sake, "Heat treatment is better for long-lasting sake, but we don't do it," etc. Impressed by his persistence in not denying others, we decided to buy two bottles, although we had decided to buy only one bottle per brewery.
As the label on the back of the bottle says, the taste is reminiscent of white peaches, with a fruity and sour aftertaste.

According to the Food Labeling Law, it seems that the manufacturer is the one who actually produced the product and the processing plant means the place where it was bottled. It was unnecessary. Commemorative sake for Tokyo Marathon finishers
I bought this on my way home from the reception at Big Sight yesterday, because the course is near the brewery (Shiba).
I will drink it tonight and sleep like a dead man.
When I opened the bottle, there was a slight aroma of rice.
A little fizz? Tangy on the tongue. It has a strong acidity and pungency with a clean aftertaste.

I had given up on buying it because sales at the brewery were on hiatus, but I found it at a supermarket in Nagano City. As expected, there was no Genmai.
It is easy to drink and delicious.
It has a light grape aroma and a sweet taste, but not grape sweetness. I don't know what sweetness it is.

Next time, I would like to try Genmai.

I had been to Ueda many times because I am a big fan of Shotaro Ikenami's Sanada Taiheiki.
I had no interest in sake, so I had no idea that the brewery in Yanagimachi was so famous.
I visited there at the end of October and found only this ordinary sake on sale.
When I opened the bottle, it made a nice pshhhh sound.
Is this why the label on the back of the bottle says, "Please keep it upright"?
It has a sweet aroma and taste that one would not expect from a regular sake.
It is easy to drink.
Next time, I will get a junmai type.
