Purchase at the warehouse 1540 yen / 720ml The store is located next to the hall where explanations are given to visitors, and people from the Fukushima Prefecture Sake Brewers Association were there for a tour. I saw it for sale at a local supermarket, so I chose the limited edition bottle, thinking it was a unique bottle from the brewery. I've never tasted Hakutsuru Nishiki sake rice before. The aroma is like muscat. The taste is refreshing. The sweetness and umami of the rice spreads, but it quickly fades away. It is a taste you can keep drinking.

Purchase at the warehouse 2060 yen / 720ml This was another large brewery. Surrounded on three sides by roads, I thought the store would be on the other side of the road, so I went back and forth on two roads and couldn't find it, but went to the other side and found a cool new store. Fruity. Aomori magic? I can smell and taste the apple. Sweet with a soft mouthfeel and a clean, delicious aftertaste.

It is a more prosperous town than I expected and I didn't know where to park my car, so I parked it dawdling in front of the store. It is a direct sales place with a rich lineup to enjoy. The brewery is a magnificent structure and was the location for the historical drama "Inochi" (Life), with pictures of a young Yoshiko Mita and the late Toru Watanabe. The taste is soft and gentle. Suga sake Junmai Daiginjo from Tobiume yeast Dazaifu Tenmangu souvenir from my son He said the sake was made from the yeast of the plum blossoms of Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine. I thought I heard a bell when I opened the box, and found an ema (votive picture tablet) hanging on the bottle. I worshiped it in the hope of receiving a blessing before eating it. It tastes slightly of plums. It is not like umeboshi (pickled plums), but rather a sweet plum flavor, like plum-flavored candy.
