Buy at the Sake Brewery Exclusive to Shiryokan 100% Yamagata Prefecture produced in Izuwanosato The museum is attached to the brewery, and after listening to an explanation, we are guided to the store. After listening to the explanation, we are led to the shop. The lady at the store tells us that her daughter is married close to our house. The moment the bottle is opened, the sweet aroma spreads. The alcohol spreads in the throat and at the end in the mouth, but there is no unpleasant sensation. The taste is sweet when you drink it, spicy afterwards, and astringent at the end.

The fifth and last bottle of the visit to Tsuruoka City Purchased at a supermarket since there is no direct sales from the brewery. It has a delicious fruity aroma and sweet and sour taste. In Tsuruoka City, two breweries were closed so we couldn't buy it, so we tried again on a different day of the week.

Purchase of a warehouse This is the fourth brewery on a tour of four breweries in the Daisen area of Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. The last one was sold directly to the public. It was served in a wine glass, as it was awarded the gold medal in the "2024 Wineglass Sake Award". When this is written, my impression is pulled and I feel it is like white wine. But it was delicious with a grape-like sweetness. Only one brewery sells directly to the public. There are four breweries in a small area, so I think they should be able to attract more people if they do well. Keep up the good work, Daisen: ‼️

Purchase at the brewery Sake brewery located near the Hongu Sengen Taisha shrine on Mt. Fuji. ‼️ Fuji spring water is gushing out from the pond in the precincts of the shrine.
