While somewhat discreetly sweet, the Aftertaste is dry. Good sharpness 😋. I'm under the impression that this would be even better with a little bubbly ✨. However, as the temperature rises, the sharpness becomes duller and the sweetness becomes more pronounced. The sweetness becomes more pronounced. I think it's better when it's cold 😋.

I bought this one at Kimura Sake Brewery after hesitating between it and Daishinshu. I have had Toko before, but this was my first time to try Yong. The top aroma is mild but fruity. As the introduction of Shusen-do Horikazu says, it does have a hint of cherries, doesn't it? It is dry and fresh with a moderate sweetness. A little citrusy? Sharp dry sake. A little too light for me? A little too light for me. After a few days, the dryness settles down.

I went to Yonezawa City during Golden Week and purchased this sake at Toko's Sake Brewery. Nyu is a sake that is only available in Yamagata. With a coupon I got at a roadside station in Yonezawa, I got a sake bottle with Toko's name on it. It is a dry sake with a Sake meter rating of +6. It was easy to drink with a clean taste. 1760 yen.

Purchased at the sake department of Ropia in Hirosaki. Surprisingly, there are no liquor stores or supermarkets around Hirosaki Station, which is a problem if you want to buy local sake as a souvenir. The aroma is wonderful. The taste is light, with a soft, unrefined sweetness, a bit of bitterness, and a touch of sourness. It is not too strong in character, so it can be drunk as a mid-meal sake and will not interfere with a meal. It is a good match with light snacks such as yakko, since it was completely defeated when drunk with Akita's Iburi Gakko.

It's Adohadari in Kamekichi 🐢. Please ask chika what "Ado Hadari" means 😊 lol The top aroma is slightly fruity. In the mouth it has a rich, juicy sweetness and a full-bodied flavor for an Aomori sake. A must have for those who love Nama sake 😋. I've only had Kamekichi's sharp junmai sake, so I was disappointed in a good way. It was delicious 🐢✨️

Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir. If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌. When opened and poured, it has a sweet aroma like sugar and sugarcane. The mouthfeel is crisp and immediately afterwards has the plumpness of rice plus the sweet and spicy taste of brewer's alcohol. The flavor is stable from start to finish, with a delicious standard taste! The unadorned taste is a perfect accompaniment to a meal 👍. It is 5 years old, but it tastes so beautiful that I felt it was boring for the price. I don't know how I would feel if I drank it now. I would like to drink it again at Gin Kura. (^O^)

Kubota Kenshin Junmai Daiginjo 2021BY✨ I'm opening a bottle to feel a traditional sake for the first time in a while: ☺️ The rice used is 100% Takananishiki, and the polishing ratio is higher than that of Manju, which is a high-end line. Rice used is Dewa Sanzan As indicated by the alcohol content of 19 degrees, it is a gut-punching wine. ‼️ And it has the same throat and mouthfeel as you would expect from Muroka Nama-no-Hara Sake. The sweetness also comes through perfectly. It has a great impact, but it is sharp and has a clean finish, so it does not feel too heavy. However, if you drink it too fast, it will take its toll later on. It was a fun drink. ❣️
