It's been a while since I've had a normal Akagisan! I love the refreshing taste of summer, but the crisp and dry taste during the cold winter months is also very refreshing and special ✨. Good evening, it's Shamrock, a parallel world from Manazuru in our first series ☘️☘️☘️. Not a Yotsuba, but I'm opening this bottle to pray for Japan's 🇯🇵 soccer team to win tonight✨ It has a sweetness that is typical of rice, lactic yogurt and acidity, and is delicious 🐴🐴🐴🐴, but it has a high alcohol spiciness on the back end that makes it very drinkable. I had a puku puku brew the other day. I think it is similar to the junmai sake I drank the other day from Pukupuku Brewing (that one is Koshihikari) 🤗. I heated it up to lukewarm to try it out and it doubled in flavor 😋.

#Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.
