This is my favorite Hakutsuru 🍶. The black bottle with navy blue label is kind of cool 🥰. It is sold only in Aomori. The first aroma is slightly sweet. The palate has a full-bodied sweet flavor that is typical of Hanafukuyuki. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, partly due to the 50% polishing. The sharpness is not bad either. I want to buy a bottle next year and drink it carefully 🤔.

We opened a bottle of Daikoku that we bought today at Kado-ya Sake Shop. It is said that this sake is brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki harvested in a special area of Hyogo Prefecture. It's rich and dry. The rich taste in the mouth and the long lingering spiciness are exquisite. I think it's a very cost effective sake.

This was the first time I drank Daikoku Masamune at home. I bought it at the direct sales counter of the brewery. The aroma is mild, but the taste is fresh and fruity. It was really good even when it was heated. The reinforced concrete brewery was demolished due to old age, and a prefabricated direct sales store was built on the site, with the rest of the land used for a convenience store and Marugame Seimen noodles. The rest of the land is used for convenience stores, Marugame Seimen noodles, etc. Now they are brewing in a rented part of Hakutsuru Brewery. Overall, it's very cohesive and delicious 😋️‼️. The Sengoku I drank with it made me feel like a bit of a yankee 😆. Sweet and juicy is good, but I guess I prefer light and dry 🥰🥰. Sake received at the Sake World Summit. This sake is brewed with Ginbukiyo sake produced in Shiga Prefecture. The acidity and umami of the sake are well intertwined with each other. It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).

Purchased 👀 at Sazanami Sake Shop in front of the station during a day trip to Hikone. Beautiful, corner space and friendly staff. It was a nice store 😙. Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable 😋. Paired with sweet ayu fish from Lake Biwa, it was delicious. ❤️ It is indeed a sake from Shiga, a rice-producing region 😇

Hana-Shume," a sake from a revived brewery in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, which was featured on Tokoro-san's "Laughing at You" last fall.
